True, my Aunt had a fiance who is South African. She planned the wedding and everything while he was in South Africa. He told her he will take a flight and arrive on the morning of the wedding. The wedding day came and he never showed up and he blocked her. Guests showed up and everything, it was super embarrassing for all of us.

I threw up on my wedding day too. I am married over 30 years now. Lucky for me I started getting sick at the very end. We laugh because my Husband carried me over the thresh hold and I made a bee line to the bathroom. I didn't even drink one drink at the wedding. It was just the hot wedding dress and too much dancing. They will laugh at it later on.

Oh my. I thought I had seen it all when a bridesmaid threw up in the middle of the ceremony, in front of everyone! But I kept playing the piano, the soloist kept singing, and the bridesmaid disappeared down the side aisle of the church; she was not seen the rest of the day, poor girl. We found out later that she was pregnant.
Imagine when her nephew is a teenager. The family will wind him up in front of all his mates and be like "remember when you pooped on your aunt's wedding dress?".
I say it’s a good omen. My jealous sister/maid of honour got drunk and threw up on my dress, best man forgot the rings in the car, mom in law passed out from the heat, caterer had her money stolen as we paid her the last instalment at the reception as she asked.
