      It is good to see these larger sized units Clyde. Some of their online literature mentioned Australia Gold Coast so they may be marketing this to Australians and other westerners.

    Rod I really enjoy you showing all these properties. I would not need one with all the bells and whistles that's where they get you. Just like here in the states always got this and that and then you never use it. The boy it sure looks nice doesn't it

    One thing I noticed about a lot of rentals in the PI, is a lack of kitchen counterop space. The kitchens always seem to be very small

    • @AmazingPhilippines1
      @AmazingPhilippines1  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      That is a major drawback B W. These had more than most and I would put my own additional counter space in.

    Looks like a beautiful spot for a condo Rod . I just can't imagine getting a condo with an ocean view for 80 too 100k . Here in California that same condo would be a minimum of probably 300k

      It is a ways out but I was surprised that "time wise" it is about the same time it takes a taxi or Grab car to take me the 3 km to Ayala mall to get to a mall there. One would want to stay stocked up. I would get the phone number of a couple of tricycle drivers or get a vehicle perhaps.

    • @AmazingPhilippines1

      Direct sun can make a major difference in how hot your unit is of course. I have been averaging 2500-3000 pesos for electric each month in 6 different condos but I like it a bit warmer than many probably.

    ⭕⭕ Rod, just wondering if you could cover the one thing that people don't talk about on any of there videos. It's only natural that when going to a foreign country our bodies are not used to the food and water. Could you during your travels just point out where , in an emergency one could find a public CR. I often wonder what people do well traveling. Some people have said always carry your own paper. Thanks for another great video.👍👍

      I'm a Filipino and toilet paper is not common in public places tbecause typical Pinoys uses tabo. :) I believe only high end hotels has it. Yes, I carry my own toilet paper ( not the whole roll) last year when I went back to the Philippines. :)

      If you have to use the CR in an emergency, you would have to do what the locals do. In the States, you would get arrested.

      They mentioned Australians Gold Coast several times in the online advertising so they may be marketing more to westerners. I have watched a couple of Robinson's properties go up and they seem to me to be well built using more modern construction techniques than you see some places.

      There are lots of options Stephen depending on what your preferences are. Avida is popular in IT Park. Apple One is near Ayala, Horizon 101 and Baseline Residences are near Mango. City Suites is owned by Crown Regency and is near Fuente Osmenia Circle. Persimmon in Mabolo is between Ayala Mall and SM Mall. You should find several sites listing properties for longer than 1 month. Sites like Experia, Hotels.com, and Booking.com have sister sites that list properties for longer than 1 month.
      Email me at noisemasters@gmail.com and I will give you the contact of the Persimmon landlord I also have been renting from. He has the 1 bedroom there that I think is open and nicely furnished. He is Australian and easy to work with.
