I am 63, yet I have not seen this part of my beloved country. I have always wanted to travel around Singapore by bus. It's a bit scary to imagine waiting for the bus alone after 7pm in those lonely bus stops.
Thank you Brother for giving me this ride, God bless you 🙏

The drive on Lim Chu Kang Road nowadays is most like driving in Yio Chu Kang Road from Sembawang Circus to Jalan Kayu back in the 1970s, with the long narrow twisty 2-lane road with trees on both sides & little developments along the way...this i consider the 'time capsule' to relive the drives in old rural Singapore in the current times !

Hello there. I'm 35, a Malaysian, from Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia, I know this bus is number 975, from Bukit Panjang to Lim Chu Kang Rd end, via Lim Chu Kang Rd, a quite clean, green, cool and breezy road, some people don't know and said this road is in Malaysia, not in Singapore, during early morning and evening. I always take ride for this bus 975, from Choa Chu Kang interchange, sometimes I ride a bus 172, from Boon Lay interchange, while going to visit my late grandfather, a Singaporean senior citizen graveyard at the Pusara Aman Muslim cemetery off Jalan Bahar, Choa Chu Kang Rd end, Singapore. Thank you and I love Singapore.

_Wow I was shocked and pleasantly surprised with Alan's latest upload, because I had thought that he wasn't going to post any bus journeys any time soon. But it speaks volumes about the genius of the man to pick this particular SBS Bus number 975. Those familiar with Reddit will also know that it is highly ranked as one of the most scenic bus routes in Singapore with unique sights to behold. The rustic backdrop of Lim Chu Kang and it's jetty has become synonymous with Old Singapore including the remote army camps. There were many sectors that were urban legends of Old Singapore too. The ghosts of the past have yet to step into Modern Singapore. Such are the fables of Old Singapore. Great pick Alan and well done!_ 🇸🇬👍🙂
