took your advice sir..i can't find any clay crucibles on eBay and nothing around $3 and especially nothing in the volume of packs of 50 or 100..whatever is costs me to ship from where this man is from is going to be a hell of a lot cheaper than me trying to make one myself....I value my time. i like the idea of the clay crucibles.if you watch a lot of the Indonesian refiners they all use them as well.maybe not them small ones as used in this video but the bigger ones..thanks for your suggestion

I have to ask you if is possible to don't denoxide the aqua regia and add the SMB DIRECTLY to deposit the gold powder without using Urea before? Because I don't have UREA ... Add double portion of water and add smb mixed with water.
You don’t need to add Urea
And you can add sodium bicarbonate to the waste liquid.

hey great video..the copper nitrate crystals was that because the solution was saturated..it happened to me before.if I added more water the crystal dissolve back into solution also it only happen when solution gets cold....hey would you be able to send me some crucible to ireland..I pay for crucible and shipping of course

If you place 1/2 wet pieces of towelling over the top of the flask it will absorb most of the fumes. When finished dissolve in water and throw away the towel rag
If you use a watch glass if will catch vapors and gas and reuse it by dropping back down into the solution
i mix many different kinds electronic parts, than I get huge amounts of white-gray dusty things in the bottom of Aqua Regia , its Insoluble in water even in the Boiling water.. make me certain i got silver chloride but when I added NaOH to turning it to the silver oxide instead Black, its turned to the brown color dust also Insoluble in water.. I have no s idea what’s could be.., I going to Re dissolve it in acids to see whats the substance, anyone have an idea? Also have no reaction with HCL..
Possible metastannic acid if your parts had tin in them.

Neutralization during process is not necessary.
You may neutralize the waste solution using urea before disposal of it.

I always deal with solder first, boil in HCL than wash with hot water. This way you're not affected by Tin which is part of the grey shit in your filters, the rest is mos likely lead
ideally you should roast after your HCI bath to completly get rid of residule HCI...I'm sure it's HCI not HCL..ive been told many times it's very important to have chemical names correct in case someone follows instructions and makes a mistake on wrong chemical formula..sorry if I wrong...yes you are right about getting rid of th first..refiners out in South East Asia don't seem to worry about it for some reason and possibly looking a lot of values..I think he did use sulphuric to drop the lead but I think when he used sulphuric I think it was used to kick start the reaction instead of dropping lead
@@aidavewaste2576 he always uses sulphuric but it was A LOT more when I told him he only needed 1 pipette worth. He has to have Tin left, it doesnt disappear, so its most likely in the filter. Ive never roasted HCL, but I dont something different. After washing I put the material into a smaller bucket with mesh than sit that inside a 5 gallon bucket. For 12hours it sitsin there and I stir and mix around the smaller bucket than I empty the water and do it again. Once done I hit everything a torch for a couple seconds before going into Nitric. I never lsit the extra steps after washing with hot water because most people dont even bother with that. Of course im only doing this with material that is loaded with solder, simple stuff like green fiber cpu pins are good after washing 3 times

can, but that process is very costly, you need sodium boro hydrate to precipitation silver and palladium... if palladium contains that solutions, nither recover only silver....
