In retro we talk about team members performance mainly in 3 categories like what we need to improve, what we need to stop and what went well. Coming to actual answer You can give suggestions for improve category like sir, if the build comes in last minute of sprint means just 2 days before sprint closure , as a tester its difficult to execute all testcases manually with in 2 days sometimes if I found any bug even the developer also needs sometime to fix that right, due to this if feature is big, my stories got spillover at qa level which affects our team quality so I would suggest and request all developers to complete the build on 6th or 7th day of sprint then we can have 4 days of testing. Or else it would be helpful if they complete smaller stories points first and assign it to testing.
