@Anonymous but user have the keyboard with him he can log in by using functionality breaking but not impacting that much on business so severity is low and priority is also low because the physical keybord can be used
Severity is low because of this defect there is no impact on other features. But priority is high because when it comes to user point of view it’s a defect , it will effect the company reputation.

the virtual keyboard is not open on page we called here this bug is high severity and low priority bcze of actual user use the physical keyboard most of time
