I don't know where websites are getting that JW5 information from but that's not at all what's been said. There's NOT going to be a John Wick 5. The studio has only said they're willing to produce 5 if the Director and Keanu both decide to make one. JW is dead. They'll make the female the protagonist, perhaps finding peace and redemption without killing her father's murderer, and actually take him as a mentor. Now that's an interesting idea.

For the card scene, the playing cards have just a tiny bit of ink on them to make the numbers and symbols. Caine senses are so heightened that he can feel how the ink makes up the numbers on the corner, which is very impressive. I think it's neat that this movie reunited Donnie Yen and Scott Adkins who plays Killa. Fun fact: In the lore, the writers confirmed that after the High Table appointed Killa to the head seat of the Germany section of the organization, he basically let himself go and gained a lot of weight. Prior to that, he was a talented and strong killing machine. Scott Adkins thoroughly enjoyed the idea of putting on a fat suit to fight John Wick. It was a bit challenging but so awesome to see. If anyone didn't remember, Scott also played the evil drill instructor that Donnie Yen fought as Ip Man in Ip Man 4: The Finale and has been in a lot of action films. Also, minor thing that was entertaining when a bunch of us went to see this in theaters. There's a lot of Cantonese speakers where I live. All of us were absolutely thrilled every time Caine gave us tidbits of Cantonese dialogue, especially the cussing moments. XD

The theory is that John Wick’s death is a fake out like the way in the Marvel universe which the Avengers thought Nick Fury died because Nick had many fake tombstones placed around the world making everyone think he was dead. So, I have a feeling is that John Wick isn’t dead but living on some exotic island and the world thinks he is dead.
I think the idea is that its meant to be open ended on if John lived at the end to keep suspense up. If theres a direct after sequel it ruins it. But if its either some tie in and or bait and switch it keeps the climax alive and absolutely fucking stellar. Not to mention the Continental series thats allegedly coming. It would be amazing to have an unseen force behind the scenes that could hint hes still alive but leave it up in the air. Let the alleged death of the boogeyman killer be that true legend that keeps other killers in the universe second guessing.

-One of my favorite parts about this is the Tracker being referred to as “Nobody”, which is the name of a movie the filmmakers of this series did starring Bob Odenkirk as a character similar to John Wick. When he was asked who he was, he’d reply,”I’m Nobody.” There was always talk among fans about there being a chance for a crossover. In a way, it happened.
-As much I have loved this franchise, I don’t want a Chapter Five as far as a sequel after this ending. It was a perfect ending. If John did manage to live, let him live whatever life ends up with in peace and not bring him back. Let the announcement of “John Wick Chapter Five” be a swerve for the audience. They’re doing “The Ballerina” and “The Continental” series. So, let it be a story featuring another character like Sophia from Chapter 2. Maybe a prequel featuring Caine or even “The Impossible Task” from Chapter One.
John Wick 5 could be a prequel
I don't know where websites are getting that JW5 information from but that's not at all what's been said. There's NOT going to be a John Wick 5. The studio has only said they're willing to produce 5 if the Director and Keanu both decide to make one. Since both haven't expressed interest in doing another, that's not going to happen for a long time.
JW is dead. They'll make the female the protagonist, perhaps finding peace and redemption without killing her father's murderer, and actually take him as a mentor.
Now that's an interesting idea.

A few years ago, Keanu Reeves said that as long as audiences want to see them, and he is physically able to do them he will continue to make John Wick movies and I believe the writer/director had said that he had rough ideas for up to 9 movies. No idea if they will go that long but it would be amazing if they did.

55:46 Caine didn’t die or at the very least it’s open ended. Caine is a highly skilled assassin and remember he told Akira he’d be waiting for her so we could assume that he’s expecting her to strike eventually. So yeah he’s not dead or alive, it’s unknown.
The fat guy with the gold teeth is played by Scott Adkins (in a fat suit). He is a renowned martial artist, so that's why it seems like John Wick had a hard time fighting him.
For the card scene, the playing cards have just a tiny bit of ink on them to make the numbers and symbols. Caine senses are so heightened that he can feel how the ink makes up the numbers on the corner, which is very impressive.
I think it's neat that this movie reunited Donnie Yen and Scott Adkins who plays Killa. Fun fact: In the lore, the writers confirmed that after the High Table appointed Killa to the head seat of the Germany section of the organization, he basically let himself go and gained a lot of weight. Prior to that, he was a talented and strong killing machine. Scott Adkins thoroughly enjoyed the idea of putting on a fat suit to fight John Wick. It was a bit challenging but so awesome to see.
If anyone didn't remember, Scott also played the evil drill instructor that Donnie Yen fought as Ip Man in Ip Man 4: The Finale and has been in a lot of action films.
Also, minor thing that was entertaining when a bunch of us went to see this in theaters. There's a lot of Cantonese speakers where I live. All of us were absolutely thrilled every time Caine gave us tidbits of Cantonese dialogue, especially the cussing moments. XD

At the beginning of the video. I agree, even with the ending they did, I would rather it to be done. Studios and producers tends to extend to much and the rubber band snaps. Side content, fine but the mainline movies, I think 4 is cool.

John Wick: Chapter 4 ,is 171 minutes long - and likely the best of the lot - because it's the film where all these themes emerge through a perfectly composed symphony of silence and violence. Much of the film features other people paying the price for Wick's decisions, much of the film is built to make John Wick go from selfish to selfless. It is built to make him a more responsible griever. It's not that he's healing; he's merely finding the courage to get familiar - and engage - with the hurt. He wanted out of the underworld, but he ends up fighting within it to undo the harm inflicted on those who stood by him. There's never a doubt that John Wick is a man driven by the guilt and gratefulness of being able to grieve his way through the underworld. Keanu Reeves, too, supplies the 'Baba Yaga' with a softening of form, which is even visible in how he moves and shoots. He's weary, wiser, older and fuller, and demonstrates that John Wick isn't a cliche who wants to suddenly balance all the killing with some kindness. On the contrary, he is a haunted action hero who confronts the burden of feeling human. His payback becomes his liberation. His bullets become his altruism. In doing so, Wick lives up to his name: Neither the candle, nor the flame, but the porous supplier of fuel between the two. After all, what is oxygen but a fire going through grief?

The theory is that John Wick’s death is a fake out like the way in the Marvel universe which the Avengers thought Nick Fury died because Nick had many fake tombstones placed around the world making everyone think he was dead. So, I have a feeling is that John Wick isn’t dead but living on some exotic island and the world thinks he is dead.

I think the idea is that its meant to be open ended on if John lived at the end to keep suspense up. If theres a direct after sequel it ruins it. But if its either some tie in and or bait and switch it keeps the climax alive and absolutely fucking stellar.
Not to mention the Continental series thats allegedly coming. It would be amazing to have an unseen force behind the scenes that could hint hes still alive but leave it up in the air. Let the alleged death of the boogeyman killer be that true legend that keeps other killers in the universe second guessing.
From what I’ve head is the director debated on a 5th movie but they wanted to give it their all for the 4th one, so originally they wanted a 5 but they saw the opportunity to give their best work and just call it an end
