I think Mojang should add some Legacy features to the base Minecraft like if you click L2 on an item in your inventory you see some tips it was always helpful to use food efficient when you had food shortages
Or add legacy to the ui profile option
or select for ps vita players (like me)

yep, it's only 80% java and like 20% bedrock, truly the perfect amount of balance.

@@Dave0439 The game is literally built after java, it only adds some bedrock features for quality of life stuff and some interesting stuff over the line, but the game is essentially java with some good bedrock features (at the cost of some good java features but oh well, RIP pufferfish player detectors)

heres three very tiny bad things about legacy:
some redstone is broken (double observer pulse snake thing idk what its called)
note blocks dont update other blocks
plant mechanics are different so no 0 tick crop farms for you!!11
other than that its perfect and i still play legacy console
Thing I don’t like about Legacy:
I’m not a large fan of controller gameplay. But as that is a control problem, it doesn’t really count.

My favourite minigame soundtrack is the cavern glide map, also yes bows were rare back when I played a small bit of PS3 edition not more then 10-20 hours sadly
The soundtracks just hit different.

My access to legacy console was unfortunately cut off when we lost our ps3 (which had legacy mc on it) and our ps4 just flat out broke (it had bedrock mc from before the change, so it could switch between the 2)
Thankfully, for my years of service, I still have my veteran’s discount card from playing all that legacy mc with my brother
istgosh if they make a viaversion or geyser mod to make this version compatible with older java servers i would NOT skip a BEAT

if you still got that old copy that you had, it’ll bring you to bedrock, press editions button on the bottom to launch legacy, and yeah
Or if you didn’t (e.g on another console) if someone with legacy edition on PlayStation trusts you enough, you could get it by deleting your copy, logging onto their account and downloading minecraft from them to your console

even tho i have all the new versions of Minecraft i still play Legacy Console Edition with my brother and i have way more fun then i do on the new Minecraft.

The only legacy edition I've ever played is the one on ps vita.
legacy is sort of a port of the java edition but changed for the consoles at the time and when bedrock first came out it was a port of the pocket edition

battle minigame sweatlords running to the chests with the best loot instead of running to the spawn chests at the beginning of a round (its me im the sweatlord)
legacy is the closes thing to java+bedrock but better
Only problem with legacy is that, not all versions of legacy edition are 1.14

nah who would play the new versions only old ones are good

Bedrock has some really nice things to it, but it is a mess of a game. Legacy is a lot better compared to it.
