i think it's an auto-rename of the frame items which run after some skeleton/beam changes. It calculates before the updated length and then rename the occurrence in the model browser
Hi, great video. I've used it to create a steel tower but now I would like to create a setting out grid to show feet positions, how would I do that please and have it show in a drawing file? Many thanks
Hi sir how to define the maximum length of our frame generator? i:e the maximum length for the frame is 6m, if I know the location then I could make a join for it another case is if we want to make a platform. how to define the steel plate size. thanks
This is a fine video, but it is only half the job. All of these profiles are one big welding/assembly. You can't produce a structure this big in one sitting. Everything needs to be demoted.
Not impressed. Where are the bolted connections? Where are the knife plates for your x-braces? How do you split apart the whole assembly into separate weldments and put them all on a drawing? In REAL LIFE, who make structures like this??
This should have been shown using constraints instead of dimensioning every line... Might as well have been using acad :-( Change one dimension on this thing and you're in a world of hurt!
Thank you
Using 3D sketch is good and quick for frame generator but it could be a headache if the 3D schectk not constraint correctly. I prefer the 2D sketch.
Very detailed Tutorial. Thanks a lot.
very good video.! I learned lots.
Great video! Could you add bolts and nuts, a staircase and wall cladding?
A good tutorial - thanks.
good you are amazing
Is there a reason for dimensioning everything independently rather than setting dimensions equal or using constraints?
could you give a tutorial for strength simulation of this steel structure? thank you.
Nice video. But the yellow circle hides a part of commands. Continue to get drawings of elements separately
How the length of the beams and other profiles are visible in the display name (in browser, below of reference skeleton)?
i think it's an auto-rename of the frame items which run after some skeleton/beam changes. It calculates before the updated length and then rename the occurrence in the model browser

But the image quality is terrible, you can't see much here
Nice beginner tutorial for inventor frame generator. I can see its not made by a mechanical engineer
why?
Hello sir how can I contact you directly need to ask some personal questions on these tutorials.
wow amazing! is there also a part for welding and bom structure?
Also I like to use surface profile how I want the fame to be then add sketch to the surface for Frame generator.
Hay anh ạ, việc thay đổi view nhìn như thế này anh thực hiện bằng cách nào ạ ?
duma
Hi at 11:00, how did move the top flange of beam down to top of columns? Pls help me.
How can I add my own, new frame member types in inventor, does it have unistrut members by default?
bravooo
how do you pan so smoothly?

You can buit custom library with all the sharp structure you want and maximum length and width.
I need a stair to go up :D
tutorial without indian akcent? is that possible :)

How to setting for return menu?
13
It won't give me the option to start a 3D Sketch, I don't know why :((((((((((((
You have to make .ipt inside assembly, then open that ipt, there is option to make 3D sketch
mad man

may be you can your own better toturial? i an genuanly asking , i think Inventor luck of proper tutorials
@@mariaremark9101 I can, but nobody will pay me for it. So why waste my time? I go to the Inventor forum and contribute there.

Thanks sir, you can use frame wire autocad import to inventor for building 3D.
