I've had such a similar hair journey. Over the last 2 years I decided to stop colouring it. I'd been bleaching it for 15 years and thought my natural colour may look like dead rat but I've actually fallen in love with it. Especially since its now almost completely grown out! Something that's helped my hair grow faster is trimming it on the new moon. It boosts growth (with hair and plants, which is why some farmers plant by the moon cycles). I first heard about it on the Low Tox Life podcast when interviewing Jordanna Levin! It's been so amazing! My hair, which practically grew in reverse, has grown faster than ever and finally looks and feels healthy!
do you think all of these products would be good for fine hair that’s also quite thin? i’m on the hunt for new products however my hair isn’t overly dry and i have never used bleach and don’t currently dye it. i’m worried the avalon conditioner i am using is weighing my hair down and these products sound so nice but they are a lot more expensive than i would usually go for. do you think the clean conditioner would be alright if i used really small amounts or do you think it would be too heavy?

I can't see anywhere to get Tabitha James Kraan in NZ or Aus! Shipping from the US to forever and is super expensive, any ideas??
Hey lovely! Argh, what a nightmare BUT try Naturisimo as they do free worldwide shipping and I used to use them when I lived in NZ. :-)
@@ailishlucas thank you 🙏 I will look into it!
@@ailishlucas can I ask, do you use the clean shampoo or hair cleanser? Do you have a recommendation?
