There are different brands e.g. 'for men" for prostate health" for digestion etc. Pick any of of them. Another one is "Renew Life". You need to take them for several weeks to replenish any lost gut bacteria. Hope this helps.
@@abdussattar4574 That is a little different. Your GI doctor may recommend some medicine to bind bile salts. Please ask him/her about bile salt binders to see if they might be effective. One of the key to help symptoms in your situation is to avoid fatty/oily food.
