    I take about 2 cloves of raw garlic every 2nd day before breakfast. Alhamdollillah I have seen its benefits and effacacy.

    Salam Dr. Ejaz. It is the great information. We should appreciate the efforts and research you do to provide us the best results of the herbs in daily use in our households.
    I have a question as you have mentioned effects on blood pressure that does garlic helps in controlling osteostatic blood pressure where there's a large difference in systolic and diastolic?
