What the judge pointed out is absolutely true. I used to live near that area, and people there don’t follow rules and regulations. They have turned commuter roads into business spaces, there's no hygiene, and the whole area has become like a garbage dump.

Oh man is it wrong to wear kurtas or any traditional dress? Or is it wrong to whatever looks they maintain? I think this is not a matter at all , matter is their thinking and opinions about other religions that's it , we may forgot our traditional we are not wearing lungi or dhoti its our fault but if they are maintaining their traditional then we should learn from them that how we should unite and follow out culture , we should blame ourselves here.
In North Karnataka many hindu people wear white hat it's their culture but nowdays they are wearing in festival only ,see this is our problem we are evolving with wrong way , if we wear dhoti or lungi we can feel comfortable and can have less skin problems, almost many indians before used to wear PETA for head because of high temperature in the subcontinent before everything was made by scientifically and reasonably but we forgot everything.

Whenever police try to enforce traffic rules in muslim majority areas, a crowd gathers angrily protesting. If the police still persist, it will lead to stone pelting, muslim politicians get involved and takes communal colour. I have come across many areas of Bengaluru like that. Even when there is an accident caused by a muslim driver, the other party is abused and chased out by a crowd that magically forms within 5 minutes. Just one road beyond those areas traffic police will be enforcing and penalizing drivers, but not in those special areas. The judge has sarcastically said those areas are pakistan because Indian laws are not followed there.
