    Thank you for making an analogy between cruise and precision! This is exactly what a lot of people (like me) who learn ‘real world” terminology for brief manually written instructions and tips. Bravo.

    I have a high side foot and it still bounced over hitting the ruler and putting my timing out. Remember that you are working on a quilt not a flat hard surface.

    Is low better for ruler work, can you do ruler work with high position?

    Dont think I’d use rulers that tiny. There are larger rulers with the same curvature that are easier and safer to handle. Seems your hand would cramp up really fast with tiny rulers.
