thank you🙏🏾🙏🏾
We thank you admin it makes difference 😊
SOFT SPOKEN, INTELLIGENT, INFLUENCIAL,RADICAL AND VERY MILITANT. IF YOU SPEAK THE TRUTH TO THE CORRUPT GOV, AUTOMATICALLY..YOU BECOME AN ENEMY. I SALUTE BANTU'S LEADERSHIP.
He doesn't answer questions like a politician but as a father and a responsible leader. National Treasure he is. in fact, I know who to vote for now
I used to think he as outdated struggling politician, I’m sending my deepest apologies. Now I learned that real leaders are not the ones who are popular.
We can not get such information from Rams
The loudest voices aren't always right.
I think we need his anti corruption stance in the RSA parliament, coz we not getting that the crooks in charge. I like the fact that he has a track record of anti corruption, coz he really did what he says he did. It's not politicking, it's not propaganda it's just reality.
Let's give him give him the numbers so he amplify this voice in Parliament.
This is arguably one of the greatest interviews the black pen has ever had. As a South African from the 90s seeking insight into our history. No school or book can give you this in 3 hours. The politics, business leaders of the time. The structure of the country, the first hand experience of it described so vividly. Unintentionally you can almost identify the point at which the country turned for the worst. Particularly around funding of political parties, the loss of institutional memory the creation of black wealth(albeit not much), the infestation of corruption. The birth of our country as you now know it. This interview is gold. Most of us dont know this mans history before this interview.
This man should have been our president 10 years ago. No fanfare. No BS. Manliness and wisdom personified.
Eastern Cape people must give this man a chance to lead the province, he understands it very well and it would go back to its former glory
How is he to be given a chance when he has never availed himself for Provincial Premier post. He has always seaked National Assembly. Also Transkei is NOT the entire EC. It is a 3rd of the EC. Current EC consists of SA, Ciskei and Transkei
What is Transkie former glory😂
@@malusinkatsha4337 you obviously not Transkeian. We know what it is.
@@tell.A.vision He is not saying the EC is Transkei only but certainly the Transkei would have a better chance of survival with him at the helm. Provincial leaders go in to better the already better parts or just plain decimate them but someone like Bantu would go in already knowing the greater part needs of the EC province.
@@homemail9653born and bred eTranskia. The transkia then and now is day and night. We had no water nor electricity no brick shool, in some village town like Qumbu, there was no clinic let alone hospital. Again I ask what is Transkia gorly you are referring to.
For the first time I got to understand Mr Holomisa… my late Father had so much respect for him. Now I know!
This is exactly how I feel about this interview aaand my father also has big respect for him and i always felt like he was overboard.
The tone of this conversation felt like it was a Father chatting to his son
Yoh, the general reminds me of the stories used to tell me. I'd love to have lunch with the general and just pick his brain and draw from his wisdom
The General. This interview is loaded with many important lessons. The background he gave towards his early grooming says a lot about the importance of good foundation when you are still young. He is definately a treasure we need in this country. Thank you for this conversation.
Calm. Humble. Unassuming. Elequent and clear. In a perfect world, this man should have been president of South Africa.
Not Only did General Bantu Holomisa articulate a blue print of whats needed in South Africa but he lived by example and stood by his ideals. I notice that the ANC of the 90's didn't want anyone with brains or leadership qualities. They were looking for sheep to be herded. One wonders why such an National Treasure is not part of the transformation of what could fix South Africa. Thank you Penuel for letting the General speak and drop all History we didn't know we needed. Well done!
Pen your podcast is valuable. The content and substance is top tier. This episode is history that every South African young and old must watch.
We need to preserve this episode; the entire History of SA is here.
Tat’u General has everything that we need as this generation.
I wish him all the best for the Eastern Cape Premiership. He understands the needs of that Province.
Mr Holomisa much respect to you Tata!!!
Many thanks Penuel for hearing my call ,I asked you to invite this great man and you honoured the promise, uyiNgqawa kwedini kabab'uMlotshwa, I'm your fan😊
This was a great call.
Penuel. You need to have more of such interviews with legends so as to educate the nation. South Africans have to avoid excitement in casting their votes. They have to be wise and factual. South Africa needs you General Holomisa, to bring back South Africa. God have mercy on us!
It is so nice to have a host who is non racist and inquisitive. Enjoyed listing to an honest politician, who felt more like a grandfather
Listening to Gen Holomisa is inspiring! What a brilliant son of the soil.
General is a very principled leader. His strong contribution in our country would make a big difference. He has a very witty and focused deputy, Nqabayomzi.
I'm speechless with everything, all the elaborations🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿
My Father's president, I. Mean my father have always voted for UDM until his death in 2019...
He used to have The Generals pictures and UDM stickers...
As a grown up I see why the loyalty
The Penuel Show is the best Podcast in the World!
After watching this, I have gained so much respect for utat uholomisa
Gen. Bantu Holomisa is an intellectual , a man of truth, no grey areas .
General of generals, that is why Tata want Him close to Him, He is so brilliant.
I’m voting UDM
I didn’t register 😢wish I could vote for him
You and I both ...
First time I here General Holomisa was involved in planning for Madibas house next to N2 high way in Qunu. So that brings memories to say, that's Why Mandela like him so much. I heard the jokes between him and Tata Madiba so that on its own shows how this 2 gentleman were intact.
I remember also in 1991 when General Holomisa ex Colleague Craig Duli plan a coup to take over from Holomisa bt he failed bcz General was strong. I remember that week, Craig Duli and his counter parts with the Help of FW De Klerk SADF started to attack Transkei Defence Military Bace at 3am in the marning bt they fail to take over from Holomisa.
Craig Duli make a mistake by going straight to Holomisas office early morning hours call him and tell him he is taking over
General Holomisa himself he was ready for the enemy and he was on full uniform with his R4 riflle.
Craig Duli was short and killed in the afternoon in Botha Sigcau building at Mthatha by Transkei Special Force army wing. Do not underestimate Holomisa he is a strong man.
Im just sharing to those who dont know the General. Salute General
This is classified info
He is indeed a leader, not a "politician." I've been sleeping on him. It seems like the ANC only expel/suspend the competent ones.
@shoimkansi I concur
No doubt.
He can NOT be sidelined after these coming elections ,he's on my list
This Very informative,, thank you general, I appreciate you have my Vote come the 29th
Bantu Holomisa for president!!! I am now convinced to vote and I am voting UDM
Must be the most interesting political interview I have ever heard.
Thank you very much for inviting General Bantu Holomisa.
Wow.. someone must produce a documentary. Such a rich history. Very calm 👏👏
Now that we've been spoilt with such an great innerview of Njengele . . . a more fitting doccie is a must!
That what i was thinking watching the show. A documentary or a movie will do.
He should be the minister of defense. It's a no-brainer!
It would have been a no-brainer.
Beautiful conversation Pen.👌🏾
There's no way they would have let the good General near the Defence docket. Defence is at the heart of a lot of corruption (Arms gate), that's where money exchanges hands, but remains concealed under the guise of Official State Secrets.
Very dangerous for the ANC. He has experience in overthrowing a government. 😅
I don't think that's a good idea, He knows how to set up Roadblocks to overthrow the government
What a beautiful Pod. Thanks for sharing this very educational chat Pen. The General is a legend.
We needed this history lesson
if the people of South Africa can listen very carefully to this legend and Vote for UDM we can feel democracy and enjoy the future of our country (Mr Bantu Holimisa can rescue us pls that is the real president we need in South Africa now. ) please GOD assist him.
Thank you for this Pen. The General is a national treasure.
Most definitely 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Thanks, Penuel. Your works are appreciated! Be good and take care.
I wish everybody in the Eastern Cape would vote for the UDM. I never knew that we had so much wealth in the form Jenene Holomisa.
He is a man of his word. He did not even allow Madiba to get him to apologise to the ANC NEC for speaking the truth. I so wish he can be given a chance to head one of the nation government departments
Nantsi ke inkokheli endatshata nayo from 1997 up until today . Soze ndiyikrexezele noba anamali , usela utywala futhi ulala ebhedini ngezihlangu . vote UDM P.P. Zikhali Zilanda .
Thank you Pen. This is by far the best episode. I liked his honesty about President Mbeki who I think is by far the best president we’ve ever had.
Mbeki with corruption? The man who didn't want to order ARVs?
By far the best podcast in South Africa
Couldn't agree more
There's soo much wisdom and knowledge in Mr Bantu Holomisa.
In the military we don't postpone Action, that changed my approach on all my procrastination.
That📍. And the discussion around personal discipline being a precursor to leadership in any sphere👌🏾
Very informative and eye openning, Loved tata Bantu, he wasn't bias and didn't try to paint his fellow opposition party in a bad light, just spoke the truth. it's a pity people like this are all gone from the ANC
This is by far your best interview, you’ve allowed the man to put his views across without any interference 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
What a treasure of wisdom RSA has in the General, a wise man indeed❤.... wish the UDM could grow to a point of ultimately being the party running the country (my view) ... Thank you Penza, for this platform ever since I came across it my eyes have been opened so much by the different great minds you have sat with. Thank you
I respect this man.
The General. One cannot help but admire his demeanor, humour and great story telling... I wish he was given a meaningful portfolio in government, defense/police etc...
Amasela will never give someone like The General a position. How will they loot?
You have said it best man. He's (our South African) history in the flesh. Thoroughly enjoyed it
Thank you for bringing the General. This was the best episode of the year🙌🏾🙌🏾 A history lesson I didn't know I needed. 3 hours well spent🙌🏾
Wow UDM has my vote ❤
This was a well needed interview yaz. I wish this interview was held 10 years ago...
Thank you for your wisdom, the great general
Thanks Penuel for inviting this great South africa n to your show.
What an enlightening discussion. I leant so much.
Now I know why anc couldn't stand him, he was too discipline, something I haven't seen in any of anc leaders.
Enkosi Penuel for this interview ❤❤❤
We love you General Holomisa
I still can't get over the quality of the production.
The authority in General's tone 💯💯💯💯
Well done @Penuel for this captivating, educational and engaging history lesson by the General, salute 🫡
I appreciate political leaders who present realistic plans to address complex issues, rather than resorting to oversimplification. General impressed me as a thoughtful leader with a strong moral foundation. The interview was insightful, providing historical context I never learned in school.
A very good summary.
Ekse Penzo 🖊️ , we appreciate you and your team for giving us the opportunity to listen to such conversations 💎 💯.
Soft spoken General Holomisa is South African paragon of excellence. Patriotic individual, He is amongst few individuals whom when he says things, listen and follow. He our vivacious General. I have an indelible respect for him.
We're gonna miss this man when he's gone!
General Holomisa is a very good leader who is disciplined and very honest. He is not corrupt hence he exposed Maphisa and the late Stella
Its unfortunate that the UDM might receive less than 50k votes this year. Maningi lama party yeses. We need the General as a president just for 3 months, you will see a lot of changes.
There are so many intelligent minds in South Africa, but what lacks is a common vision for people and country.
We need to vote this man to power
I hope God keep this man alive for us for the next 40 at least. South needs him more now than ever.
How do I become a member of udm in Durban?
A true commander in chief, GENERAL. Salute. This is good staff Pen, I understand why you were nervous this is a man of stature, he gives me Madiba vibes. This is your tribe Pen
One of the brilliant politicians we ever produced
Geez man, I enjoyed every second of this interview! General is a fountain of wisdom. It is so good to hear from someone who was actually in the trenches. Salute
General! Please bring him back.
❤❤what a simple, principled and remarkable south african. Love General. Thank you for what you have done for us.
We need like-minded South Africa in order to rebuild our beautiful country🇿🇦
Cool, calm and collected..
Thank you general… even thou this country never appreciate you
This is my guy I’m joining this party
Pen I've been saying at least in the last 15 years that we should consider voting UDM as the power equivalent to the ANC. This man's track record and integrity has been unquestionably high.
The old ANC itself used to hold in high regard because of his very works, n now crooks have sought to even discredit him. I so wish many South Africans can watch this sit down. Very informative indeed. I like this man's views and ideas on how it e can fix South Africa especially from a black consciousness perspective
Mega underestimated wisdom in this general, the real General🤝
I'm sold with the General, its a pity he will never lead this country
You'd be surprised Coalition might just give it to him...
Thank you Pen. This was the best interview of the "Dictator of the Transkei" I have ever watched. This is President material.🙏🏼❤️
Danko 🙏🏽❤️
All leaders who refuse to sell out are called "dictators"
We need more revelations, history yethu and our identity...sizozazi singobani...thanks 🙏 General bigupps Penuel ❤
He is really teaching us to a fish in this interview.
Thanks Pen great conversation, indeed. General is so cool, man!! Pity this world doesn't value honesty and truth, we find joy and solace in following and supporting liars
As a young man from the part of the Eastern Cape that used to be Transkei, I appreciate this episode so much, I have learnt a lot, and for some reason I am drawn to UDM politics. Pen I keep saying, and I will continue saying, your show is the best piece of media for young South Africans to consume. Ungayeki bhuti
Good interview with a strong and respected leader.Thank you.
Utatu Holomisa is a real leader who means business you can look into his eyes and tell he's been in the water with the sharks..
This is your best interview yet
I would easily join the military program, we SA youth need it like yesterday
Thanks Penuel for these amazing conversations 🙏. Thank you
Dankie Pen. We celebrate this man.
We appreciate u general. A level headed leader who is not easily intimidated, grounded and intelligent 🙏🙏🙏✅
Thank you Penuel for this very important interview with THE GENERAL
And today Bantu has earned my full respect🫡.
This is the best interview Pen , keep bringing in the likes of Dumisa Ntsebeza etc
I thoroughly enjoyed this episode with General B. Holomisa.
Thanks Pen for giving him the ear and space to tell his story.
I really enjoyed the interview, and a big Yes to the suggestion of Codesa 3
Such a humble servant of the people. I can sit and listen to utata Bantu the whole day. There's so much humility in his persona as a person. Thank you Penuel for having utata over and him having to narrate such a valuable and rich part of our history. This man is not given enough credit for the role he played so that we can enjoy the freedom that we have today. Tat'Holomisa thank you so much fr sacrificing so much for this country. You are appreciated and loved dearly
Beautiful interview. Thoroughly enjoyed General B Holomisa.
