But the biggest surprise by far? - the price! - I was guessing twice as much. What a bargain. A great stylistic counterpoint to last week's superb 'wabi-sabi' apartment. I loved this the first time and even more the second go round. Especially the crest in the kitchen over the entry into the sitting room. I am not an apartment guy, but….this location definitely does it for me. Your story of “The Resurrection” really pulled me in when you initially presented it. I have seen the painting and what little hair I have stood up! Most incredible to see in person. My place is maybe 40 minutes from Sansepolcro but I certainly will be a regular visitor. This is one of your best properties and will sell quickly. I look forward to your own restoration update also. When you end your day and reflect with that glass of wine, it must be utterly rewarding to know, that you affect so many. It’s not a feeling everyone is lucky enough to have. I hope you relish in it.
