ਭੇਡ ਚਾਲ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡਾ ਹੱਥ ਹੈ। ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਜੀਵਨ ਮਾਡਲ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਲਾਹਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਜਦਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਮਾਡਲ ਨੂੰ ਨੀਵਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਜਾਣ ਲੱਗ ਪਿਆ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਖਾਣ ਨੂੰ ਦਾਣੇ ਦੇ ਸਕਦਾ, ਵਿਹਲ ਦੇ ਸਕਦਾ, ਪਰ ਅਸੀਂ ਵੱਡੀਆਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾ ਵਿਚ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਕੀੜੇ ਬਣੇ ਬੈਠੇ ਹਾਂ। ਜਦੋਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਜਮੀਨਾਂ ਚਲੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਬੇਰਾਂ ਵੱਟੇ ਨੀ ਪੁੱਛਣਾ

ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਾਨ ਜੀ, ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਧਨਾਢ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਭੱਠਾ ਗੁੱਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਕਾਮਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਜਗਾਰ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਬਾਹਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੁਜਗਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਚਾਹੇ ਉਹ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਹੋਵੇ। ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ਼ ਇਹ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਕੰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ, ਸਗੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਘੱਟ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਤੇ ਜਿਆਦਾ ਤੇ ਵਧੀਆ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਨੇ। ਨਤੀਜਾ ਇਹ ਨਿਕਲਿਆ ਕਿ ਬਾਹਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਇੱਥੇ ਸੈੱਟ ਹੋ ਗਏ, ਪੱਕੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਨੋਕਰੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਲੱਗੇ। ਆਪਣਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਕੰਮ ਘੱਟ ਗਿਆ ਜਾਂ ਖਤਮ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਦੂਜਾ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਤੇ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਵਿਚਾਰਧਾਰਾ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਂਏ ਬਾਹਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਥੇ ਕੰਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਸੋ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਰੁਝਾਨ ਬਾਹਰਲੇ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਵੱਧ ਗਿਆ।
ਸਾਡੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਤੋਂ 20 ਕਿੱਲੇ ਟੌਪ ਦੀ ਜਮੀਨ ਫੋਰਡ ਟਰੈਕਟਰ ਬੁਲੇਟ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਕਾਰ ਸਕੂਟਰ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਮੱਝਾਂ ਗਾਵਾਂ 5,6 ਖੇਤੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੰਦ ਨੌਕਰ ਘਰ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਕਨੇਡਾ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਮੀਆਂ ਬੀਬੀ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਬੇਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਫਾਰਮ ਵਿਚ ਦਿਹਾੜੀਆਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਖੁਸ਼ ਕਿਓਂ ਨੇ? ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ। ਫਿਰ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਅਨਪੜ੍ਹ ਨੇ। ਰੱਬ ਰਾਖਾ

You will also notice how the quality of life has decreased in Canada since this migration has occurred. The dirty business practices that these people have used to gain this wealth is now being transplanted into Canada. They maybe rich, but the mentality is still poor and backwards. Canada is heading for a downfall. Most of the reasons they are leaving have been created by these people themselves.
Downgrading is global. America ,UK , Europe, India every society is facing the same problem.

ਵੀਰ ਜੀ ਜਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਬੱਚੇ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਜਾਦੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕਰਕੇ ਮਿਲ ਨਹੀ ਰਿਹਾ
Not right.... Only Punjabis are not finding jobs except people from other parts. Only difference.. people from other states will find job in private sector or start their own start up. However, story of Punjabis are different here. First of all they wont try job in pvt as well as in govt. After 12th or graduation, only one agenda IELTS. In such scenario, you cant blame Govt. I am working in IT in Dubai.. people are leaving to India because getting good packages back in India. Even I have received 3 offers from India ( 45 Lakh from Chandigarh, 50 from Bangalore and 55 from Mumbai). We cannot blame to others.

ਹਾਲੇ ਤਕ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਨਿਰੋਲ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣੀ । ਜਦੋਂ ਬਣੇਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਹੀ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗ ਸਕਦੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੋਚ ਸਮਝ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਦੂਜੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਤੁਲਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਈ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਧੀਆ ਰਹੇਗੀ।

It is a very pertinent question. The growth potential in Punjab has dwindled. The agriculture alone can not meet the expectations of people. The industrial growth is almost nil. Our children who are in IT have to migrate out of Punjab as there are no jobs here. Our politicians and beurocrats have failed us.
And now to add to agony - people have chosen dacoits party - AAP. Now even law and order is under threat!!
@@gvk5624You need to learn more about the current government. they are working more towards betterment of Punjab more than any party currently. SAD and Congress did not do much. most of the problems today are because of them.

However, would like to add that with globalization (internet, international travel, overseas assignments, and improving income levels), people feel empowered to make an informed decision. As such, migration is a universal and age-old phenomenon and nothing new. Recent trends show increased absolute numbers, but as the percentage of the total population of India, it is minuscule. For a country like India - (the low per capita income segment), it is a good thing and also serves the purpose of developed nations as their economies are slowing down due to their attitudes (lower fertility rates, gaps in availability of skilled manpower etc). So, it is a win-win situation to bridge the gaps on both sides. But they will encourage it up to a point of diminishing returns for their communities. There is one point to notice that daily there is a news of death of youngsters by heart attack in Canada . What will be the main reason for this ?
I think rich peoples are feels insecurity and lack of faith in system or government due to corruption.. it is also observed that due to unemployment young generations are migrate to USA UK AUS CAN etc., for jobs.. in fact it is a failure of governments not to create jobs etc

Thanks for sharing the important things about Canada, Can t please also make a video on Indian students going to Canada and how the face the problems there, how they setting in Canada as I have seen many students from economically week, from Punjab, haryana and UP are also going there to study. They are taking a big risk after selling or leasing their agricultural land to the commission agents and going to Canada . I have seen in our villages only old people living and all the youths are moving to Australia, Canada etc. Who will care the elderly parents back home.
