A good & comfortable saddle is a key fact for me as a long distance rider. I always get numbness after 60km ride and even felt terrible after 150km. Therefore i decided to upgrade my original saddle to a well recommended budget saddle. fi'zi:k TEMPO ARGO R5.

Ahh my favorite saddle. Best way to set it up is have the nose flat then lower the nose until the saddle cannot touch your balls no matter how hard you hit a pothole. If you like this saddle but miss sliding back and forth and don't like the fixed position, the Bontrager Verse is very similar but has the traditional long nose.
