- A defiant pastor Tony Spell presided over another service at the Life Tabernacle Church despite being charged with violating the state’s virus-prompted gatherings ban. Some protesters showed they thought he was out of line. Lester Duhe of WAFB-TV reports.

I am a Christian, my church building is closed but that has not stopped us from praying together. We do it online, we use zoom. we call each other, we pray on our own. This man doesn't know his bible. God is everywhere not just in the church building. They have the right to die if they want but they don't have the right to infect the rest of us. About a year-and-a-half ago I attended a church of the lady I met on the bus and I thought okay I'll give it a try.... Well long story short it was a small small room that may be held 50 peopleokay all the pastor gets on a microphone he opens the Bible baba baba baba baba baba one scripture I think don't even know what he said and then on a microphone started yelling tithes tithes tithes we must fill up the budget tithes tithes you know we really spend a lot of money on fixing the parking lot..much more wickedness happened after that I wanted to run out of that church and I thought I'll wait and when it was done I ran out of the building..
God showed me that my home that he blessed me with is my house of worship my body is home to the holy Spirit and I have awesome fellowship on Instagram and I have an awesome Shepherd who teaches the TRUTH OF GOD'S WORD DAILY!

I'm a Christian and what's going on is NOT an attack on religion. I watched an excellent sermon on FB live Sunday. People could share in fellowship by watching and discussing it. No one needed to be in a building where they not only endanger themselves but others they come in contact with later. This is the utmost in selfish human behavior. Nobody there is Jesus to heal them all. Why be in the building? The building doesn't make it a church. The Bible says "where one or more gather in My name"... They can gather online. God gave us brains but it seems this Pastor would rather put himself up as a martyr and get a little fame... racking up some donations than protect his church members and the rest of the community. But as for it being an attack on religion?!?! Is it an attack on education since schools, libraries, and museums are closed?! NO! It's just a natural disaster. It makes me upset to see my Christian sisters and brothers put their desires above their Christian love and duty towards their neighbors. Thus pastor not only needs to be jailed but he needs to counseled by other pastors on the Word because somebody has been teaching his flock a whole lot of nonsense that twists the Word.

JESUS did refer to His people being sheep saying, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me...”
JESUS also commanded Peter to feed His(JESUS’) sheep and lambs, along with other verses. However, the apostles of JESUS never ordained a solo under shepherd. The early church, which is still the only church continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine which includes ordaining a plurality of elders in every city(singular) so that JESUS is head, not in Name only but in truth.

Arrest them all. Keep them In jail, this is a public safety issue, same as drugs. We arrest drug users and dealers because they are a threat to the overall safety of our society. These people are doing the EXACT same thing.
