First of all the assault charge was a lie. Second of all that is what he is being denied. According to the First Admendment the government cannot prohibit the assembling of religion or the free exercise thereof. Christians should be praying, not fighting. This is not persecution. People are having online church and God is filling people with the Holy Ghost outside of the church walls during this time. Now if they were allowing football games to be held and not church, then this would seem in step. But that is not what is happening.
