- This deep tissue foot massage is done by Naturopath Brandon Raynor using chopsticks and Thai massage tools to get to the source of chronic residual tension. Getting tension out from its roots in the toes is the most effective way to also eliminate tension higher up in the body.
In other words, in order to treat lower back pain, knee problems, sciatica, some forms of headaches, abdominal issues, repressed emotions, neck problems etc, we first need to get the roots of the tension out from the toes.
This is the most effective way to completely rejuvenate a person.
Using chopsticks for toe massage can provide several benefits, primarily by stimulating acupressure points and promoting circulation in the feet. Here are some potential benefits:
Acupressure Stimulation: Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) holds that various points on the feet correspond to different organs and systems in the body. Using chopsticks to apply pressure to specific points can stimulate these areas, potentially promoting balance and overall well-being.
Relaxation: Gentle massage with chopsticks can help relax the muscles and tissues of the toes and feet, reducing tension and promoting a sense of relaxation and comfort.
Improved Circulation: Massaging the toes with chopsticks can enhance blood flow to the feet, which may help alleviate coldness, numbness, and swelling in the toes, as well as promote healing in cases of injury or discomfort.
Pain Relief: Massaging the toes with chopsticks can help relieve pain and discomfort associated with conditions such as hallux rigidus, plantar fasciitis, or bunions by loosening tight muscles, reducing inflammation, and stimulating natural pain-relieving mechanisms in the body.
Foot Health: Regular massage with chopsticks may help maintain the health and flexibility of the toes and feet, preventing issues such as stiffness, cramps, and reduced mobility.
When using chopsticks for toe massage, it's essential to proceed gently and with care to avoid causing any discomfort or injury. If you have specific foot conditions or concerns, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional or a trained massage therapist before beginning any self-massage regimen.

Exactly the type of patient you hope to have. Embracing the treatment, not giving up. Beautiful. Not to mention the releases 👍👍🦶🏼
Absolutely she was a great patient. Her sister did my course 5 years ago and couldn’t stop talking about it and Brooke is a nurse who has been on painkillers for years and she stopped taking them after this.
Wow, that is impressive @@brandonraynor
Can you feel that, Shane?
Shane felt it all right
Nothing like a nice massage with a little bit of gentle persuasion. Shane you feel that here?
😂

Always good to see a Brandon upload
Thanks Ian. I always appreciate people appreciating me.
Wow Brandon I really enjoyed watching this video and thanks so much for uploading this video on here.
You are welcome
I would give ANYTHING to have this treatment!
All you have to do is come to one of our courses
@@brandonraynor thank you but I'm in the US.
I feel like this would help so much right now, been dealing with a fractured left ankle that workers comp took forever to get me treatment on, now both of my feet are so messed up and my hips from the compensation, its specifically right now hurting when I move my big toe on either foot, like a tight muscle
High quality massage. Notice all the subtle movements where he pushed foot into tool. Probably felt incredible a couple days later
She felt amazing

awsome foot
Hi Brandon! Love your videos! It’s relaxing to watch and would love to get my feet done by you!!! My massage therapist does my feet with the massage tool quickly at the end of massage and so much tension in my feet but wish he could do it like you.
Thank you ! Hope you can make it to a class one day
I would be interested in hearing why u r doing
what u r doing and the name of the nerve, muscle, etc. like why the vigorous belly rub? Just a suggestion 😉 u r clearly amazing
Love your work Brandon.
Thanks very much
Is what you’re doing causing to cough, cause I’ve noticed a few of your clients coughed during sessions. Or am I tripping?
Sometimes that can definitely be a reaction. It’s a form of letting go…
Very impressove! Would one be able to massage their own feet like this too? Or is this not advised/possible because you wouldn't go into the pain as much? Assuming they know what they're doing of course
Yes you can massage your own feet like this. I have a few self massage videos
@@brandonraynor thank you, I will look out for these! Interesting!
I need this in my life
We all do
how old was patient and wat illness was treated ?

@@brandonraynor I've tried this before. I live in NYC. Def not upstate. I would be making a trip to either Toronto or some other places that look like a tough trek.
@@rrogers2370 I will be teaching in Ottawa this summer...
Not sure what it says about me that I clicked on this video just knowing someone would be in pain... LOL
It says that you knew some healing was going to take place amongst all that pain…
So relaxing, very little noise 😴
Namaste. Love from india
Namaste and thanks for your support
great foot massage
What was that at 20:00? Those couldn’t have been releases since the joint capsule only has so much / enough time to accumulate air between them. For educational purposes and not being confrontational in the least (I love what you do and see it to be a big health benefit) but It almost seemed like a joint was dislocated due to that constant clicking. Was that ever addressed or did you think about that in the moment? Did she ever say anything about pain in that toe? Very curious. Never heard so many releases in a few second span.
Edit: at 21:14 that deep clunk sounds like it was put back in place lol. I really have no idea though. Curious on your thoughts.
To be honest I don’t normally hear that noise with this joint. I always distinguish between a crack and a grind. Cracks usually happen once as the joint goes back into place. Grinds usually happen on ankles and wrists when joints just grind up against each other. To me that sounded like a grind but it’s the first time I had seen this with that joint. It definitely wasn’t a dislocation.
@@brandonraynor interesting. I’ve seen quite literally essentially all of your videos. Multiple times lol. And can say I also have never heard that. But hey, as long as there was no pain, her foot looks like it hasn’t had that type of mobility in a long time.
If it was a dislocation the patient would have jumped off the table in immense pain lol sounds like two rigid bones clicking where they meet.
All I hope is that at some point in our 'evolution madness' we will realize that this is what healing is about; humans coming together in peace and unity, connecting to one another. Thankfully there's no pill for that, and will never be. 🙏 Thank you for the videos Mr Raynor & team 🌿
I need this my toe is stiffer than a board! I know this is painful… I just don’t think I could handle that type of pressure 🥴🥴🥴🥴
this is like the Gom Jabbar
does this really help the body with just messing with different point on the foot ??
Well it’s not messing around, it’s finding and getting rid of the roots of chronic residual tension
@@brandonraynornever knew that because I was thinking about going to a place that does reflexology but I wasn’t sure if it really worked
Keep on uploading videoss! I'm one of your avid subscriber :)
Thanks :)
Can you fix fallen arches
Sometimes
Good video
Thanks
When Brandon rests his foot on his knee you know it's time for business!
Absolutely
É um treinamento ou uma massagem .... Algo voltado para tratamento?
We teach people how to massage. Www.raynormassage.com
is any of that actually real?
All of it is real
@BrandonRaynor do you enjoy cracking backs, necks, knuckles, and toes?
I think it is very beneficial for people
I thought massages were suppose to be relaxing. Not knocking it. But if i ever go to get one ill bring my leather strap to bite on. 😂😂
Yeah it sounds like your talking about a different kind of massage
My neighbours just called the police because I was playing this too loud and they thought I was being tortured. I think it was the bit "because she puts up with it, she's not stopping me" getting taken out of context. Well that's what I told the officer.
Better than surgery without anaesthetic
Free meals on jail I guess
This woman is on the Shane plain of pain.
Yeah she had a very high pain threshold which was why I was able to fix her frozen shoulder in one treatment
@@brandonraynor breathing into it is all you can do. Helps immensely. Thanks for all the work!! 👍🏻
I never noticed how much white noise is in this. Almost hard to watch/listen.
Superbe 👍 !
@@brandonraynor 👍
il risveglio del piede😊
How can I get a massage like this?
I want to try to see what the pains like 😂
Come to one of our courses
I would but I live in Esperance unfortunately
🙂🙂
Brandon come to the states please!!
Currently in Missouri
I needed to mute the audio as my wife was giving me weird looks from across the room
Did you tell her you could do some on her?
Trundle
Alternatively you could just get them to step on LEGO bricks. 😫
Happens to me a lot with my kids
Im gurssing she likes to wear heels
You know how to make a woman scream for noise
I love this stuff but dvsry now and then we gotta stop and realise this man is pressing a chopstick to a sensitive toe in the name of healing. Kinda makes you a sadiatic asshols lol
So you think surgeons are sadistic for cutting into human bodies too. That stuff hurts so much you need an anasthetic
What if someone has Gout!!!
Best to implement dietary change of getting rid of meat and acid forming foods first, then massage later.
Women moment
is this rly safe lol
