  • Raynor Naturopathic massage, is a style of massage therapy designed to completely rid the human body of all chronic residual tension.
Starting at the ends of the extremities and working inwards from there, Raynor Naturopathic massage therapy thoroughly aims to get rid of all the chronic residual tension that causes pain, immobility, arthritis, stress, joint problems, headaches, emotional imbalances, digestive problems, fatigue, and many other problems.
Raynor Foot Massage offers several benefits for promoting relaxation, relieving tension, and improving overall foot health. Here are some of the key advantages:
Stress Reduction: Foot massage stimulates relaxation responses in the body, helping to reduce stress levels and promote a sense of calmness and tranquility.
Improved Circulation: Massage strokes used in Raynor Foot Massage help stimulate blood flow to the feet and throughout the body. Improved circulation delivers oxygen and nutrients to the tissues while removing metabolic waste products.
Alleviation of Foot Pain: Raynor Foot Massage can help alleviate foot pain and discomfort by targeting areas of tension and congestion. By applying pressure to specific points on the feet, massage can help relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and promote healing.
Enhanced Foot Health: Foot massage can help improve foot health by promoting relaxation, reducing tension, and improving flexibility and range of motion in the feet. It may also help alleviate conditions such as plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, or overuse injuries.
Stimulation of Reflex Points: The feet are believed to contain reflex points that correspond to different organs and systems of the body. By applying pressure to these points, massage can help improve organ function, promote detoxification, and support overall health and well-being.
Holistic Healing: Raynor Foot Massage treats the body as a whole, addressing imbalances and blockages in the physical, emotional, and energetic systems. By restoring balance and harmony to the body, massage promotes overall health and vitality.
Emotional Release: Tension and stress are often held in the feet, leading to emotional and physical discomfort. Foot massage provides an opportunity for emotional release, allowing clients to let go of stored tension and experience a sense of emotional well-being.
Detoxification: Raynor Foot Massage can help stimulate the lymphatic system, promoting the removal of toxins and impurities from the body. By applying pressure to the feet, massage can help stimulate lymphatic drainage, supporting the body's natural detoxification processes.
Overall, Raynor Foot Massage offers a gentle and non-invasive way to support the body's natural healing processes and promote holistic wellness. Whether used for relaxation, pain relief, or emotional healing, foot massage can provide numerous benefits for physical, mental, and emotional health.
Designed by Australian/Canadian Naturopath Brandon Raynor it is now taught in many countries and online. For more information see www.Raynormassage.com

This is fascinating. I had a very strange thing happen to me yesterday during my physical therapy/massage therapy. I began to laugh hysterically and I couldn’t stop. I was slapping the bed. This has never happened to me before. I’m not a really happy person. As a matter of fact I’m in a state of severe grief and mourning. 2 s*icide attempts. I experienced acute physical and emotional trauma 4 years ago and I haven’t recovered in any way, I’ve been diagnosed with PTSD. Can someone please help me understand why this is happening to me? Thanks 🙏🏻 and best of luck to you. 💕💕💕💕

Perhaps a blockage got removed and your body released some locked away emotions.. sounds like a powerful experience. Best of luck on your path to health.
