- Pretty sure most of these riffs are not really played like this, rather I'm trying to focus on playing the right notes. There's not a lot space for the vocals either since maintaining some sort of clarity with this scale and tuning is less than ideal. Shortened a few ambient sections too, but other than that it's all there.
Same 5150 rig as in the Reflection covers. Dual tracked using Kemper with 100% pan (L-R). Playing Chapman ML1-7 (Unicorn Burst) with BKP Aftermath -set and Rotosound (11-58) strings. Recorded with RME HDSPe AIO through SPDIF. Filmed in 1080p / 60fps by: / mikaeldrums

The ending to this song us one of the greatest things this band have ever written. The emotions that overtake me everytime i hear those ambient guitars and then when the crushing riffs hit but in a really sad mournful way. Its so powerful
Quite frankly, this is my favorite song off of the album and yeah, that last section is truly one of a kind. Never really heard anything like it before.
The feelings hit hardest for me at 4:29, then of course the end as well! Its really just a perfect song lol

The ending always feels like the ending of a play to me, where the actors are all coming out to bow to their audience. It feels like a bittersweet goodbye.
