A mini primary indeed. Appreciate the powder bath. Agreed. Beautiful floors. Wow. Amazing open concept with designated dining and sliders x3 to backyard. Amazing kitchen with double islands with the sink in the correct inner island. Throw some color in there to break up the white. Love the door to the backyard. Would’ve liked that mini seating area by the sliders be a 1/2 bath for outdoor wet folks. Covered summer kitchen and wraparound lanai. Would hold the grass and trees and make that lap pool a little wider but a wonderful backyard. Beautifully sized loft and natural light. Stunning laundry. Magic to my ears Joe; every bedroom has a bath 🛁🙌🏼. Spacious primary and en-suite. Ample cabinetry. Shower tile design 🙌🏼. Closet with area for linen and laundry access. Beautiful home.
