Those number shows how idiot people are,despite their track record of delaying possession,VTP sales are in top 10.Those VTP executives doesn't even know how to speak with customers.
I too surprised looking at VTP sales numbers. One of my friend is facing lot of issues for getting possession in one of the VTP project. Certainly people are falling pray to marketing gimmicks.
Seems like this survey company is either part of the lobby which is keen on representing completely different picture to unaware buyers who put their lifetime earnings without basic study & profile analysis.
