We've made a recipe extremely similar to this and they were awesome! Main difference was that you saved about 1/3 of the batter and put another layer on top after the jam. It keeps it from sticking to your teeth and roof of mouth. Also doesn't caramelize the jam as much so it keeps more of the fruit flavor 👍🏼
I love seeing Jeff on the show The Kitchen; he's a really genuine guy. I once made his "Italian Unstuffed Shells" recipe for my family, and they thought it was great. 😃 I use parchment too, but I think they recommend foil as well since most kitchens are going to have it over parchment, plus it has its' own advantages... There's no cutting, it takes only a second to grease it, and you can easily/quickly form it in the pan. America's Test Kitchen even commends using foil.
Yes! Love him and that entire cast/crew! Never thought I’d enjoy that show as much as I do haha. That stuffed shell recipe is fantastic! I’ve never tried one of his recipes that I didn’t enjoy
Question: What word do you both think you each use most often during videos. I think Tami uses the "word" okay most and Kevin uses "nice" most often, and when akevin doesn't like something his face tells it even before his mouth does, so funny 😂
The gourmet brownies are okay, but honestly I believe I could do them at home. We won’t be ordering anymore from Life’s A Baatch. We just don’t think it’s a pleasant experience having to rush to order to get what you want and even then - what you want can sell out before you check out. It’s a very frustrating ordering experience. Maybe when their company grows and they can make more, it will be a better experience.
@TamiDunn that's totally understandable, actually I just meant any of the companies that have the stuffed cookies/brownies, those were the good ole days, and plus I'm not to much into the protein items, but you have a broad audience so I guess it's their turn. Have a great weekend.
@@TamiDunn That's definitely understandable about LAB. What about trying the newer Kookies and Kreme cookies from Eric K though? You know he'd take care of you!
For your question videos I have a question 😊 I am curious to know why Tami loves the UK so much?? I remember you mentioned you’d get a tattoo associated with England😂 I’m dying to know your reasoning ❤ I love England too
It looks like it needed more jam on top. Maybe you could serve it with more jam? Or bake it without any jam on top and put the jam on afterwards? Btw I am an avid advocate of pairing apricot jam with PB. Why not try it the next time ;)
I love parchment paper. I use when cooking baked foods and even my air fryer. I buy the ones that fit. I love how versatile this recipe is in the type of jam you use. I would try grape or use Bonne Maman Cherry Preserves. Yum! Thanks for another great recipe to try.
Love how you opened your show with everything measured out on the counter top. You show us right off the bat what this whole process will require. Btw.. Parchment paper has become my best friend. ツ
I loved this video. I would be a rebel and cheat and smear or melt jif peanut butter on top 😋 By the way that background music is SO catchy lol. BAA-BAA-BA-BA-DA DA BA BAAA.
It's supposed to be a PB&J so I would never leave out the jam! In fact I think I would double the amount of jam as it looked like you guys barely had any at the top I realize this is Jeff's recipe and not yours but it just didn't look like there'd be enough to you'd even taste strawberry. Since they are sticky already I think I would take half of the batter and then apply the jelly and then put the rest of the better over that so it would be easier to handle them while eating. They look incredibly absolutely indubitably delicious though! Pardon all of the adverbs 😂

The way you make them sounds good!
Sound n look scrumptious!
Thanks for sharing with us.
Enjoy your goodies. Yum.
Thank you 🍓
Looks good
Thank you 😊
I think I would melt some of the peanut butter chips and drizzle over the baked brownies for a little more oomph

This is huge! just in time for my break from keto 😋
You deserve a break 😃
Will you be doing anymore stuffed cookies like Lifes A Baatch,or gourmet brownies?

Do they have specific parchment paper for the air fryer (that fits)?
@@TamiDunn yes and I love it. Keeps it clean
