      There are parents after money i agree, they just want to use their children as ATM. In such a scenario.Children should make sure, their old parents have a TINY home without loan and 20KINR monthly in hand for their food and other needs. Taking care of sibling is NOT your responsibility, if they are married they should go their ways or divorced can go stay in a men/women working hostels work and get a TINY home for them. in India one doesn't need millions to build a home. One can construct a TINY home in 20Lack INR. 10 lack 5 cent land and 10 lack construction cost.Instead of wasting money on dowry/cars and all that they can give this to their daughters during her marriage.
      Moral :: A TINY home for everyone can SOLVE everyone's problem. when everyone wants a TAJMAHAL you know GREED has taken over.

    I’m not Indian but I’d like to share my POV. “HONOR THE WILL OF THE DEPARTED”
    The fallen soldier chose his wife! I’d say the same if someone chose their parents over their spouse. That’s all matters, not mine, not the wife’s, not the parents. “HONOR THE WILL OF THE DEPARTED”

    • @monabhishek
      @monabhishek 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +7

      The dispute is not over the Will but the behaviour of the Daughter in Law who didn't let the parents even have a look at the honor of their son , this is so wrong and she has completely shut them off . So , the parents decided to challenge the Next to Kin of deceased soldiers for no further suffering of any parents in future .

    • @Homosapiens0804
      @Homosapiens0804 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The dispute it’s mainly towards NOK policy and working of army, Army is literally sidelining and ignoring the family and parents who have given birth to him and nurtured him , and laws and policies should be changed whenever there is any genuine and considerate situation like this one. Parents are pursuing becoz they can afford to pursue and many other parents might not even be able to challenge such old and redundant policies.
      And the way parents have described Captain , any responsible, kind child will never sign up for such ignorance and ghosting of his or her parent.
      When he wrote that will , he must have wanted the best for both his parents and spouse, he might not have envisioned such scenario, in which the spouse is too insecure to not even let his parents touch the kirti chakra award. That is disturbing for anyone who listen to such case, spouse and her family could have handled it in much better manner. It’s unfortunate for both sides.

Marriage should not diminish the immense contribution parents make in raising a brave child to serve the country. It should be the same person who would agree to owe the debts just in case he had any.
    It's so unfortunate that even the parents turn greedy and want compensation of their bereaved son.
    My maternal uncle passed away at age or 16 due to an accident and the accused was ready to pay the compensation but my maternal grandfather never took it cause he knew no compensation in this world can bring a life back.

And married to another person from same kind of background who works a basic level job in airforce! We never taught how to live independently nor got the chance to study! In my opinion these parents are greedy. They need to treat their Bahu like their daughter even though son isn’t alive. I wonder how they would have behaved if this situation was reversed and Bahu was their daughter. I think they would have also fought with the other family if that family wanted part of the benefit from their son’s death benefits This is life and we should accept it as it is. There are poor people who spend everything they have on their children and don’t receive any monetary benefit because the child never had a job that provided death benefits. Their son should have decided that when he was alive, don’t blame the Bahu

    Barkha is distorting the narrative by twisting the facts. Her father-in-law suggested that his son could marry her if she chose to, as a way to offer her a more secure life, but he never forced her into it. This offer was made out of respect, considering her like his own daughter and cared about her well-being. I heard his entire speech, and he was very respectful toward her.
    Barkha's stance is decidedly anti-national and opposed to those who support the Army and patriotic values. She advocates for radical feminism. It's almost poetic justice that her actions have led her to the Mojo story, resulting in a significant downfall.

      You don't even need glasses to see how they ignored the yrs of love and emotions the daughter in law had for their son. She is just an object to them who needs to be passed down.

      Baap keh raha thi ki Smriti ki shadi mujhse ho nahi sakte kyoki mai shadi suda hu. Devar bhi shadi shuda hai toh usse bhi nahi ho sakti. Tumhe kaisa lagta hai ki tumhara sasur tumhare liye aisa bole? Aur jab first video aya tha tab bol rahe tha ki bahu sab leke bhag gai ab bol rahe paisa waisa kuchh nahi bus medal chahiye.

    Well in this case the parents of the martyrs soldier asked her marry their younger son. And the parents did get alot of insurance money from his death. The father is also retired government officer so he is getting the pention already. The wife just took the pention and the medal which is righfully hers even if they were married for 5 months but they were together for 10 years before that. The soldier was not freaking child to name his NOK his wife. The parents are just greedy for money while I do understand that his was their son and it is a pain for life for them but it is the same for the wife. It's not like she will be able move on really quickly it will take her time and she will go through mental health problems during that. Let the wife be yaar. All us Indians especially middle class ones know very well how much efforts our parents put in to settle us well in our life, do there contribution do not count with simple honouring words, before doing gener politics, and calling any one party vile, this case is about NOK policy amendment and it can be agreed that it needs to have progressive and inclusive change towards soldiers families whether it is the one he created or the one he is born and nurtured in.
      So get yourself out of this one side viewpoint, which is quite regressive i must say.

      Nok policy says that officer/soldier has right to choose his next of kin and divide percentage as per his will. For that matter, every adult in the country has the right to make his will. Shaheed Anshumaan knew his family dynamics better, and has given 30 70 share to parents and wife respectively. Parents have got 65 lakh. They are after wife's share, claiming she was wife only for 5 months. They have married off ther son and by law son's first family is his wife and childen whenever applicable. These greedy parents have resorted to malignining their son's love and wife for greed of more money. @@Homosapiens0804

    The thumbnail of this video is very misleading. Don't do these kind of fu*ked up thing just for views..... just because you have 1.68M subscribers. Can you say that we or any other citizen of this country is more responsible and honest with his words than a soldier. Anshuman's father was an ex army personnel. So, don't judge that person by the honesty of that person..... 'Marry our Son' was not the main concern of the whole story. The main concern is the 'Kirti Chakra' with which Smriti fled away. But no one in the society will question her just because she is a 26 year old woman. Stop biasing your thinking towards women. Not all woman are innocent especially women of this generation. So, stop defending her as if she did no blunder.

      But this case is more towards Army Nok policy change by presenting there side of story, and the silence doesn’t always breed innocence, it also breeds strategic move against opponents especially when lot of things are in ones favour without even moving a finger.
