I throughly suprised so many people never noticed the 20 hot sauce bottles on the counter less than a few years ago and please say you at least knew about the captains sorensons hot sauce they put on the sweat and spicy meatball and the new captains club
I tried three last night! I tried the Backdraft, The Gator, and The Scorpion! The Gator was tasty, backdraft was okay, but the scorpion was my favorite! The heat wasn't as bad as you think unless I just have a tolerance to spice.
Such good news, it was the one reason I LOVED Firehouse. The sauce bar was the Shyt !! I never went past a 6-8 which was more than enough. I go for the Med Italian with chopped pickles and extra dressing. I like them messy.
Yea I’m so suprised that most people didn’t know it existed because it seemed at my local firehouse it always seems like someone would almost knock a sauce off the counter
Everyone raves about Firehouse but I’ve tried it 3 times to give it a chance and always disappointed. And I thought they were supposed to have a sauce bar but nope
The hook and ladder was the biggest rip off of all time Literally looks 4x bigger in the poster and their commercial where they specifically say “it’s too big for the commercial”
I honestly did not know it existed before they announced its return

Captain Sorenson is top notch
Firehouse is definitely underrated.

Locations here have always had a sauce bar or so I thought? Unless they removed it during Covid. It's been a while since I've eaten there.
It's been soo long!!! Now if only Chuy's would bring back the Happy Hour Nacho Bar🙏🥺
I like firehouse, I just never thought of putting sauce on my sub but will try, thanks 👍

their sandwiches look "good" tho very small for the price, that looked like a child's portion
Hook and ladder sandwhich was biggest rip off I ever paid for
He ordered a small. He got small sandwich

Capt Sorenson’s Dátil pepper sauce is goated at Firehouse…these are unnecessary
