After recently hearing about your adventures with a previous Red camera I'm not sure I'd have the guts to even just remove a top handle from the camera! Great video and was interesting seeing how these suckers are put together.
The difference is, the part that I went after was not user serviceable. All the components and such that I discussed in this video are designed to be serviced by the user. There is almost no danger with the exception of stripping a screw or so. You should not allow my mishap to cloud what you can do. Just do what I did.
Thanks for making this for me, Scott! I really enjoyed and appreciated the very informative video, and am looking forward to the breakdown of the menus. I do have one question though, Is the sensor itself user replaceable?
The sensor is not user replaceable. There is a lot going on inside where the sensor is mounted. There is no way to make that a user serviceable component.
Fun fact-if you’re brave! Get used lower nit touch screen they buy high quality 1000+ nit touch screen replacing the low output one! No it’s not like changing a battery, oops!
Scott you are the best!
I love my RED Camera!
DSMC2 7寸的LCD面板是LG的LD070WU2-SM01

It's natural. And happens when I can't type as fast as I think.
