Hi Brandon, Once you have aligned the right hand image to the left one, can you then take the aligned one back off and move it back to the right once it has been scaled?

Yes. There is nothing keeping them together.

Do you know the command for this in Civil3D? The align command still aligns as it should but it doesn't ask for the scale.
