To answer all your questions……. The reason i got emotional is because i felt the strength and love of Mrs Padmawathi. This country and our people have been torn apart due to the needs of politicians…. And when you see the results of it on GOOD PEOPLE… OUR PEOPLE, kochchara dukai da??? This amazing lady who gave all of us so much love, is someone who has gone through so much in life. Lived in jaffna and lost everything and had to leave their home due to the war. Ran away to kandy. Lived there for 4 years and then moved to Trincomallee.. She somehow sent their two daughters to UK coz of war. Then her Husband died. So she was all alone. She could have gone to UK to be with her daughters, BUT, she is staying in SL to look after her sister’s daughters because her sister died. She is doing everything on her own, and educating and feeding her sisters daughters untill they get married. She says she will go to England after they are settled. One of the strongest and kindest women i have ever met.
Wow... Thank you for sharing the story Ashan, she look so kind and also what she is doing is priceless and amazing. We should all do our part in this world by helping each other and showing kindness. wish her all the strength and happiness. ❤

I’ve been following the program since day one and hands down this is my favourite. It goes to show that everything tasty doesn’t need to be made with oil. Nutritious, delicious and wholesome meals. Curries , were not overloaded Oil , full of healthy spices slightly roasted to infuser the aroma and the medicinal value .used coconut milk .ALL HEALTHY .
