Has anyone ever noticed that Gigan tends to have a fighting style more akin to that of humans than at least most Kaiju do?

Probably because they made his suit wayyy too humanoid in final wars, and this game just went with it. Nit complaining though. Emo gigan is cool.
Gigan's always been implied to be the closest kaiju behind Jet Jaguar to possess something resembling a human-like mind, working more like a mercenary for his various alien masters than a mindless minion. Makes sense that something that thinks like a human would fight like one too.

With most of Gigan's job done,he & the Xiliens waited for the last part of their Anti-Godzilla plan:It all depended on Kiryu to transport Godzilla to the
Northern Pacific Ocean,an interception point, to dispatch Godzilla for good in a hydrothermal vent.The newest Modifed Gigan 2 was needed for this plan's final phase to succed.& it did,Gigan destroyed Kiryu,causing Godzilla to fall & sink into the designated hydrothermal
vent. Gigan then caused a rockslide to finish the rest of the job,sealing the hydrothermal vent & killing Godzilla for good

Monster X was then given free attacks on Godzilla , killing him with a curbstomp. Gigan and Monster X then took over Earth alongside the Xiliens. The End.

Gigan is like a robot with the blades
31:36 Man that was a nearly cinematic amount of coordination by the JSDF. Barrage of firepower from the front, with the Super X3 doing a rolling bombardment on Gigan’s flank and staggering him. I always adored to see these kind of moments in the films and in this game with a massive force attacking a even larger monster, especially when the disaster level went up because it always played one of the goated military matches as their comms radio in and they approach their target. Only good aspect of the soundtrack.
The fact that the finishing move is the flip kick..

It does kinda suck how there is a lack of Millennium kaiju as even though those were overused in pipeworks games, I do think it’s wasted potential that we don’t have characters from the Millennium era. Honestly, I would have liked King Caesar, Megalon, Orga, monster X, Zilla, and Titanosaurus to be in the game

Guess these developers weren’t really a fan of the millennium series. If pipeworks and Atari made this, we would probably have a majority of millennium era kaiju. Not that I hate the millennium series, I just think it gets way too much representation.

The different Godzillas have different atomic breaths. Pretty sure that a kaiju must have separate abilities per film to have individual versions.

I'd say mothra is the most op, when I first played as mothra I unlocked every kaiju by beating them as her. She wasn't even upgraded and I still got every kaiju all in one day.

I beg to differ. Gigan has a limited moveset and you end up spamming the same buttons over and over. Mothra has weak antennae beams and take quite a bit of damage and knock back. You might be good as Gigan or Mothra but they ain't up there in the most op in the game. I'd give Gigan a B tier and Mothra a C.
