I love kiryu because of his unique attack styles and of being pretty powerful, plus he's made with the bones of Godzilla 1954 and well, just about everything about him.
I like the sound of Godzilla 2014 foot stomp, it sounds just like in the movie.

@@Bumbaclaat360 finally, it's been 2 years I commented this about Monster verse Godzilla's Footsteps.
My theory on why he's in the invasion mode instead of the defender mode is that his intention is actually to destroy as much generators and structures they are powering as possible so that Godzilla 90's won't be able to absorb enough energy, after which he will then eliminate said kaiju. Since he is neutral and isn't allied with the good or bad, he can do whatever he wants to balance nature and eliminate potential threats to the planet. Since Godzilla 90's absorbs G-Energy, Godzilla 2014 had to destroy it's source... G-Energy generators made by humanity.
This is Godzilla's world. Humanity, Other Kaijus, and a second-rate dilettante just live in it.
That is actually quite a good theory.
Edit: But then why at the final stage of the God of Destruction Mode, Godzilla 90’s is Burning Godzilla still?

Always tickled me how in the movies, Legendary Godzilla is pretty big looking, a bit chubby. But in this game he's sleek and looks imposing.

You are confusing the designs... The 2014 one was still a pretty cool and imposing designs but had gills that were way to big and looked weird in some poses/scenes... Big and kinda fat looking legs that ended in elephant like feet... Wich is understandable since a creature that big would need big bones and muscles... The 2019 design changes the gills and head to be a little smaller... Makes him look more muscular and less fat... Chages the spines to a more classical apearence, and changes the legs to look again more muscular and the feet to have bigger and more spaced claws that looks more like the classical godzilla...

4) The spines light up almost the same way... Begining in the tail and going to the Head... The thing They changed is that they are now brighter and light up in a diferent way were instead of the hole plate shining the insides of the plate shine forming kinda of a pattern...
4) Im not talking about statues... Im talking about the cgi model from the movie... The statues dont portray the cgi model correctely sometimes...

Let's hope the sequel has at least a little more rampaging in it. Serizawa *did* say that Godzilla was a force for maintaining natural balance, and I think it's safe to say mankind has upset that balance quite a bit.
They think legendary Godzilla being the final boss for hesei Godzilla had something to do with it because you become burning Godzilla, a nearly unstoppable force devastating the balance of the earth. That may be why legendary Godzilla showed up to kill him.

no, if this was a movie, legendary Godzilla would've won, but this is game, and you play as burnin Godzilla, so you have to win in order to unlock legendary Godzilla so you can do it again as legendary Godzilla for it to be like movie and to kick some burnin Godzilla behind.

This game is packed with lots of references and Easter eggs. It's a shame that the developers forgot to add decent gameplay and controls.
I was A-OK with the gameplay and controls. But my biggest gripe was with balance (several broken monsters, and many not-really-great ones), and how only the Godzillas have huge movepools... whereas ones like Gigan have like nine attacks.
+SuperGodzillaGaming You can tell which monsters the developers seemed to favour.

I hope they make a sequel where there isn’t any generators and it’s just destruction and fighting, it would be cool to see shin Godzilla’s forms as separate characters and have all the legendary titans (or atleast the important ones) it would be cool if 2019 godzilla need to perform certain actions to become fire godzilla and deal MASSIVE damage to the opponent and buildings, or have Titanus Ghidorah do his storm move that he used once in the movie where he absorbed electricity and shot it all out (this would also deal massive damage) and for Titanus Kong, he has to fight the opponent and then destroy buildings to find his axe (which would add new attacks) and it can absorb Godzilla’s radiation (sadly using the charged axe dulls the damage if used on godzilla since it is his own power) but it can be very effective on other titans if 2 players team up against another Titan
I wish warner bros. Legendary will make a another Godzilla game base in 2014 and 2019 movies.

I call it the alternate ending to the final fight since legendary godzilla stops burning godzilla whoms a walking time bomb...but if he had gone nuclear mode during the fight, the world would probably be eradicated because two walking nuclear bombs killing one another at full power.
For those curious this game they stop making it, so if u have a disk version like me, then ur in luck, it became of the rarest and most expensive godzilla game

My only gripe with the game, the PS3 one in particular, is that Super-Mechagodzilla is insanely difficult. And that Godzilla auto aim is broken.

I feel like Clover, Godzilla 1998 Jr ((Yes G1998 is still called 'Godzilla' not the 2004 variant)), gamera would be a good addition, but it would cost A LOT of money just to own those characters. Yeah, G1998 and Cloverfield are in America, but you probably need ownership to get the rights.

Between all incantations of Godzilla and MechaGodzilla my most favourite are Legendary Godzilla 2014 to 2019 to 2021 & Type-3 Kiryu 2002 to 2003 Tokyo SOS
Can they make a ps5 Godzilla game and add dlc like Godzilla 2021 & Kong 2021 and more new deaths & new attacks and so much more
If we saw only Monsterverse original kaijus, then yes, since America or the Monsterverse team made those characters and can their own trademark (If possible), but Mothra, Rodan, and King Gihdorah are in the universe they would still pay Toho alot of money just for the dlc or for a new continuity, but Kong they can do it since he's from America.
I'm very unaware or like Trademark business, but I'm pretty sure they would still need Tohos permission to DO that if they wanted to add the Monsterverse Rodan, Mothra and King Gihdorah.
