That’s exactly what I did recently. I switched back to Apple notes and reminders. Notion etc etc is a huge time killer. The esthetic of Apple notes is great and it makes me happy and gives me a feeling of control. no stress to build this or that. I’m a lawyer and have really a lot of stuff. I’m organizing it with Apple notes, reminders, numbers and pages. A note can be worked upon professionally in pages. Than share this note back to Apple notes and you will have a chronological list of the versions of your document.
Great, helpful content. I believe the native Apple apps have improved to the point where it makes sense to use them all - and I have been heading in that direction. It’s a beautiful and constantly-improving system. I learned a couple of new tricks here that I may not ever use, but it’s so helpful to know all Notes is capable of doing.
There is a huge problem with Apple note. It does not make a sort of versioning of the notes. If you mistake and delete important notes, you'll never going to have back. Once they fix this and implement a versionig of note, it will be the best
Late last year I upgraded from an iPhone 10 to the 15Pro. Somehow while trying to 'save' my notes before transferring everything ALL my notes in sub folders got listed individually instead of being grouped in folders like they were originally. So, for example, my Notes on favorite movies were under one main folder "Movies", then sub folders. Now all the sub folders are listed individually: Comedy, Drama etc. Any easy fix ?

Smart folder is very strong feature for me! Does sharing work ok with non apple users? About docu sign, why ppl don’t use it? Cause its expensive 🤷🏻♂️ Thx for this video, I’m still on evernote but started to use notes app for my apple pencil 😉
can I write notes on paper and then scan them inside apple notes and when i use the search function, will it also detect my handwriting inside the scanned document? this would be amazing...

I started using numbers, note, pages now a days and trying to stop using msoffice in private life. Apple office is very simple and ok for basic uses. Ms office in Mac is not that one use in windows....
@@LewiGault i use onenote, apple notes, evernote and keep for some specific needs. i just mean that any app you guys test is always better than the previous one, and yeah, nothing beats pen and paper. in fact people have terrible handwriting because of technology. btw i liked your video about evernote tasks, is one of the reasons i have my workflow there, second one is that my work must be done in microsoft environment, and apple notes is almost useless in the web version. what a shame.
@fati43 oh I totally hear you! I try not to do too many “this new app is the best” kind of videos - but sometimes when I find a new flow, I feel it’s worth sharing. I turn down “opportunities” from apps all of the time to feature them on my channel. I will only ever share what I use personally.

Apple Notes and Reminders it's all I need. No more complex "great" apps.

I don't find Apple Notes with the Apple Pencil very effective. Instead, I prefer using Microsoft OneNote when I need to write with the Apple Pencil.
few videos ago, evernote was the best....now apple notes is the best. next will be pen and paper....those productivity gurus. SMH.
