Your reviews are always stellar, man. I have the X2 and I think I'll get this X2 Pro, it has a lot more functionality plus the removable batteries! I don't mind the slighly cold CCT, but what do you think of the tint? My X2 has a significant greenish tint, altough it doesn't really bother me a lot.
Thanks bro! I am partially colour blind so some greenish tint isn't noticeable to me. The tint seems white and neutral in this case. I can't detect any green. Maybe on the low modes. And yeah, how cool is that battery swap feature
Shipping will probably be in mid to late December. Their production has been delayed and should have been ready by now for shipping. These are awesome though. My favourite of the smaller Wuben lights.
Great to know you made it home safely from your European trip, mate! 👍😎 Hope to see the IF23 Pro grace your review desk soon, yep.. it's already out but not exactly cheap!😀
@@DarrenYeoYT While you're at it, maybe you can get Terry from Wurkkos to send you the TS10 V2 and TS10 Max lights for you to review and add to your 200+ collection! 🔦🔦👍🏼
The UV version sounds cool, haven't seen one in person yet! So they also are planning to make a premium version of the X2Pro - unsure what this looks like. Possibly titanium etc.
I ordered the UV model. Having the uv at 365nm makes it useful (air con diagnosis for fluoro dye) I cant see how ill make use of the RGB unless im tryibg to get the police to fine me for imitating their lights.
@DarrenYeoYT yeah absolutely there's lots of good reasons for the RGB but I couldn't find any that applied to myself. UV is a game changer for technicians. Keep up the good work
Thanks for the great review again Darren! Wuben cs said that X2 Pro has LMP ® W2016SJ4 LEDs. CCT 6500K, CRI 70. That's nice the CCT is lower according your test.
Interesting, but the 18650s make more sense, thats a huge light if you consider battery life... wonder what they could do mixing the features on this style with a regular single battery light... basically cut this one down the middle...
Yeah it's a tough call between dual 18650 and this. But man, it's much easier to pocket and you can also use AA cells. Sacrificing a lot of light and runtime though.

It looks very cool
It doesn't disappoint
I’m really looking forward to this one. I ordered mine on Kickstarter.
Nice, I'm sure you'll like it 😁

5:03 Woah! That flung open with some force! Looks fun 😀
Lol it's under some serious pressure 😂 those dual springs
Great review Darren, do you know when these will be released in 🇦🇺

Hi Darren, does the light charge if you have NiMh batteries inside? Like if you had Eneloops in?
I tried just then and good news, no exploding batteries but it blinks red and appears not to chargem
@DarrenYeoYT Ah damn, that's a shame :( Thanks for your help. Looking forward to the SK05 review!

Yes back and slowly settling back in. But my sleep schedule is all messed up 🥲 Sofirn will send me a sample of the IF23 Pro ..!

Haven't seen either of those yet... I am thinking to try some more convoy lights with SFT12/25. @@StratmanII
very nice, waiting for my kickstarter one to come.
Nice. They'll all include tactical tail switches apparently.
@@DarrenYeoYT yep they also gifted everyone a USB-C lanyard, they all will include ARC helmet mounting for the clip as well.
Sweet... Yeah I think this one's a winner. I love mine but I want that tactical switch. @@hellhound2260
Seems good. I don't need those colours though and I like to have a bit more range for work purposes
They also have a UV version. I only really use the red Aux mode but sometimes the others for photography.
I ordered 3 X2 pro through Kickstarter. Still waiting on them. 2 MAO RGB and 1 UV black. I got the added tail switch on them too.

@DarrenYeoYT That would be cool. I have an all copper just X2 I got from Kickstarter last year.
looks like a fun little Swiss light, i like the side flood light! Shame it is not readily available yet.
There's been delays in the production, so shopping has been pushed back to later in November apparently.

Fair enough, yes that's a good reason on your end. I use the coloured lights for photography so good for me :)

great work mate
Thanks mate! Hope you like the review!
Hope they ship soon.
Yeah they're still in production - I think the price is pretty good considering the complexity of this light. A ton of assembly required.
What size tritium does it take?
Looks like 1.5mm x 6mm
@ thanks!

Interesting, I've never heard of that LED before and can't find much about it on Google either. Thanks for your support!

For regular EDC two 14500 have all the run time you need.
Runtime can be increased by using xtar 14500 batteries, they are of 1200mah each totalling to 2400mah@@DarrenYeoYT
I like a flashlight that’s more complicated than my smart phone
Have you tried anduril?
👍🏼
Cheers
Useful toy.
Toy!? :D
Is this the Homer Simpson car of flashlights?
😂😂
