Sach batau to C-Section deliveries STATUS SYMBOL ban gaya hai.
    Mera khud ka experience hai.
Apni wife ki delivery ke time mai use Goverment hospital le gya.

I lost my dearest sister in such case, she was under the care of a private lady doctor throughout her pregnancy. Everything was fine with her each reports, doctor kept assuring that we will conduct normal delivery. But at the last moment doctor started scaring us that she is in complication so early surgery is needed. We got confused and agreed as doc said bcoz we trusted her. Within 2 days of surgery, my sister started shivering, doctor sent her to icu, reports came according to which she has septicemia. Just Within two days of surgery her lungs kidney heart blood all got infected and poisonous. The next day she passed away. The pain of loosing her can never be forgotten. She was in her thirties and got married just one year ago. It's a clear negligence and greed that caused it. God forbid it happens with anybody

No need to panic. After marriage, start educating yourself regarding normal delivery. Get in touch with Goverment hospital doctors. Check with know peoples regarding - which doctor or hospital has good record of normal delivery. Private hospital games is - they panic "to be mother" at last moment.

Nothing to worry. Pain medication (epidural) is available in some hospital. It is soooooo much better and safer than C - section. Trust me i scared to get even a small injection. And cried at every doctor appointment due to fear of labor pains. Sill I had a smooth normal delivery with epidural.

There should be a panel to which Hospital has to submit the report in case of any C-Section delivery and in case found guilty, they should be ordered to pay heavy penalty to Mother/Father for that surgery. This should be a regular process. Developed countries are following this process to control the hospitals from any malpractice.

I don't know how reports are saying 45-55% are having c section. Come to Bengal. Just show me 5 places where natural delivery happens. Irrespective of govt or private, EVERYONE is doing this dirty business. Everyone is encouraging to do c section.

Certainly, the decline in Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) from 427 in 1992 to 97 in 2020 is noteworthy. This reduction can be attributed to the strategic implementation of institutional delivery and c-sections.

Very important and much needed topic raised by you sir. Govt of India should make some laws to prevent exaggerated numbers of C section deliveries in India. If enough medical reason isn't found then doctors and hospital authorities must be fined. You can't play with the life of a mother for money!!!

Government should construct hospitals and provide hygienic maternity service.. it'll generate employment as well as solve the c section problem.

This is the bitter truth that most doctors perform caesarean sections only for business reasons... Many of my relatives have suffered from this situation.
This situation can be avoided only by education and especially by humanity of all doctors. Only a doctor can advise you properly.
