Here's how i learned my spilt One day my friends and I were walking in the playground and it was slippery. I started to slide and I tell into their spilt position legs straight. It hurt A LOT and I nearly started crying. After that day I kept improving until I can be satisfied. This happened like 3 or 2 years ago. There's always room for improvement.

2 or 3 weeks? It took me months doing exactly what she says and I never reached the full slipt I was always 3 or 4 cms away from the floor... I guess it depends on your genetics I'm naturally not flexible at all! So if you're stiff like me be prepared to commit to this for at least a couple of months but yeah you will get there, just be persistent and breathe to ease the pain. I'm very flexible on my back tho so that makes up for my splits hhaa btw girl I love your attitude!

Allison Dickie if you can find it there are a ton of 30 day split challenges. The one I'm doing I start at one minute and hold it for 10 seconds longer everyday. You can hold it for as long as you want but remember that when you can't do your splits at any point isn't the day they should be mildly uncomfortable but not painful, if it's painful then raise yourself because you are harming your body in a way that could prevent you from doing your splits forever
