Lovely song (my favourite by them), very talented trio, fine voices, harmonious, on point together, distinctive, excellent falsetto of course, but even so i really can't' say they were the best voices ever.
As an older woman, I loved your reaction to hearing one of the greatest groups of all time! After Barry did a run of high notes and you stopped the vid, put your head down, and were absolutely speechless, I laughed with delight! I was so happy that you, young man, would be open enough to listen to and appreciate such a timeless, classic group’s music 🥰
Bee gees THE GREATEST I AM 82 YEARS OLD AND I REMEMBER WHEN THEY FIRST BEGAN SINGING MY 2 DAUGHTERS WERE 12 AND14 AND THEY JUST WENT BONKERS OVER THIER BEE GEES!!!! THE BEE GEES WERE GREAT THEN AND I STILL LOVE THIER VOICES I HAVE NEVER HEARD ANYBODY SING THAT FANTASTIC. JUST MOM
Being a white dude, 64 years old, it makes me proud that you like this music, Twon. This was my Era. We had the best music that has ever been made man. Seriously, and we had it all. The Bee Gees were probably the best vocal group of all time. They are all brothers, and have been singing together since they were babies. This song always makes me think of Earth, Wind, and Fire. Another killer vocal group of the 70's. Almost nobody could touch them either. So many great great artists back then.
I've been seeing alot of reaction videos to alot of old school music lately from alot of channels, r&b, rock, country it's wonderful seeing all these young people appreciating them
Yes! And I have much respect for them for being open minded, tv social media and all the crap being forced on youth these days all the same songs played over and over again on radio! No autotune no 30 takes just raw talent
I love how reactors start freaking out before Barry even gets warmed up. They have 22 albums. Have fun going down this rabbit hole. They are one of the most prolific and famous groups of all time.
They had 4 of the top ten songs of the 1970s. Their brother Andy had another two. So between the four brothers, six of the top ten songs of the 70s. Not too shabby.
I LOVED your reaction! I’m 72 and this song still brings chills! You remind me of my grandson; you’re just adorable 🥰. The Bee Gee’s donated all the proceeds from this song to UNICEF. It has brought 10’s of millions of dollars to this worthy cause. Thanks for bringing this gift up for another generation to enjoy.
You could spend months just reacting to BeeGees and not find one song you don’t like. I am old enough to be your Grandfather and grew up when the BeeGees were the hugest group on Earth, I really enjoy your reaction and encourage you to get into the BeeGees playlist, you won’t be sorry.
You will NEVER find another group like the BeeGee's (Brothers Gibb)💥, no auto tune, they could all sing falsetto if required, but Barry could hold it longer. So glad you have found them at last. Welcome to an experience. Robin and Maurice (fraternal twins) either side of Barry provide these unsurpassible harmonies. Bloody brilliant mate.
I think many of the younger generation are starved for different types of music. I was fortunate to see the birth of the Beatles and all the remarkable music that came from breaking the wall of what was allowed. Even though entirely different the Beatles paved the way for the Bee Gees, Yes, Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, AC/DC and even Rap (before the Beatles everything was cookie cutter with a few exceptions). This gentleman has shown the value of different forms of music and is wanting to experience it all. Bravo
Young man, thank you for bringing me, us, such joy with your reaction to hearing such great musicians. I was laughing and crying at the same time. Yes, I grew up listening to the BEE GEES. They're simply the best. Especially Barry with his falsetto! Keep up the good work, young man.

Barry Gibb, in my opinion, has the best falsetto voice ever, & what makes it so incredible, is that in his falsetto, he also used his vibrato, which is very rare! Thank you so much for this, they were brothers, & Barry is the last one, but please review more of their music, you will not be disappointed, & they span over years, & crossed many genres 😍 I also believe, that if there is music in Heaven, it would sound like the Bee Gee's ❤️❤️❤️ Loved your reaction!

I'm 73 and loved the BeeGees since I was teenager. Never such talented, genius musicians have ever performed with and gained fans everywhere they went. Love and miss them very much!
I'm going on 58 years old & i'm so happy to see your generation discover our music. The 70's had great voices, beautiful melodies. The bee gees did songs on the "Saturday night fever" movie.
Your smile man is off the charts! You can bring anyone that is feeling sad to happiness in a nanosecond when you smile! I love your reactions, keep it up!!
You really do have a beautiful smile that just lights up your whole face and even just sitting hear looking at my screen I can't help but smile back at you. Thank you for sharing your smile with the world.
Welcome to becoming a Bee Gees fan. You fell in love with the song hearing the intro before the vocals. Much respect to you for seeing the absolute unmatchable talent in these guys. There is so much to learn from the Bee Gees. Thank you for discovering and showing so much respect for our generation of music.
This was probably the most honest, soul-felt, reaction video I've seen. You got it. You felt it. With something this great, there is no reason to analyze it. It grabs you deep inside and makes you one with the music. Great reaction. Wish I'd seen it 6 months ago. You are a reaction artist. Very well done.
I think this reaction is my favorite to this song! LOL I laughed so hard. These guys were amazing. Their harmonies blend so well. I love seeing young people discovering all the amazing music from the 70's. So much talent, so many different sounds. Listening to these old songs really takes me back to my teens and 20's. Such a great era to grow up in.
All profits from this song go to charity. The Bee Gee’s wrote & released it in 1978. It was already topping charts world wide when they performed it, Jan. 1979, for The United Nations Children's Fund fundraiser, “Music for UNICEF.” They then donated all royalties AND publishing rights, making them the 1st band to make such a donation to charity. So, UNICEF gets paid, not just from sales of the Bee Gee’s version, but from any covers or other use (anyone’s version in commercials, movies, etc). The last official tally I saw was 2011, saying UNICEF had received more than 10 million British pounds from it, for emergency food & healthcare. Elsewhere someone said it hit 20 million as of 2019 (but I haven’t found an official source for that).
I am crying right now. The Bee Gees have always been smooth. They are not bad-lookin either. Their singing takes me flying on an imaginary airplane, soaring in the sky.
He's the only Gibb Brother who managed to avoid addiction, and is still madly in love with his wife, Linda, who inspired a lot of the love songs he wrote. ❤
I'm bingwatching young people reacting to Bee Gees, and yours is my favourite! 👌Gotta love the Bee Gees! ❤️ They rank third among groups for most Hot 100 no. 1s in history, with 43 Hot 100 songs. 9 no 1s! Of those were 6 consecutive number one singles. They are the only group in pop history to write, produce and record 6 straight No.1 hits. They have shifted over 200 million records worldwide. 👌❤️
You were waiting on the others to start singing but they were there the whole time. Their voices are harmonized to such perfection that they become one.
I really appreciate how much YOU appreciate this music that I grew up on. I always worry that this music will be forgotten when my generation is gone. Thank you for reacting to this lovely song. You are very true from the heart.
You’re hearing real, live music by amazing vocalists and musicians, kiddo, and it’s beautiful to see. No lip sync, auto tune, nada. Just pure talent. Thank you for giving it a chance! 😀
These three Musical Geniuses became Legends during their own lifetime... They are/were extremely talented - as well as generous - this song was donated by the brothers to UNICEF, and all proceeds go towards helping children in need.💕
I know I have commented on this video already, but MY DREAM is to somehow, some way, have Barry Gibb see this reaction! At 74, and the only surviving member of this group, Barry STILL does concerts!! It would just bring him SO MUCH JOY!! It would be so nice to give him some joy considering all the JOY the BeeGees have brought to us through their EPIC MUSICAL TALENTS!!
Your reaction is priceless, and I'll say "Welcome to the club, my friend!" I'm almost 70, and I probably like their stuff even more now than back then. A side note for you...when the group was in its infancy (late '50s into early '60s), they were hitting clubs and venues but singing in their regular voices. When they decided to switch to falsetto, THAT'S when they took off, and never looked back. They absolutely helped to define the '70s, and we are forever grateful.
Side note: Barry's falsetto came about by accident. Their producer asked for some vocal "fills" on a song and Barry volunteered. That's when he found out he could do that amazing, high falsetto!
I am a 67 years old Woman in Germany. I visited a concert in June 1989 high above the river Rhein. I waited from 9.00 o‘clock in the morning with the ticket in my hand for getting a place with a good view. I will never forget this day and night. I am very excited that still today this music reaches the heart of young people. That means that Robin, Maurice and Andy are still with ist. Rest in Peace.
However , this recording is lip synced. It's exactly the album version, which was recorded in a studio before this. This is from a televised telethon to raise money for Unicef. They are great, but they are not really singing here and the band is not really playing. Peace
This 61-year-old white lady so enjoyed your reaction to the music she loved as a teen! I've watched *many* reactions to Too Much Heaven, but yours is my favorite because of how blown away you were by their talent! The Bee Gee's----awesome stuff there, right? How about their Fanny Be Tender With My Love or their Stayin' Alive videos next? :)
Barry, Robin & Maurice Gibb were the Bee Gees. The 3 brothers could all sing & play multiple instruments. They had hits over several decades, & wrote songs for many other artists as well. Such a talented family. Great to see someone so young, genuinely appreciating the music I grew up with!
It’s just so beautiful. Those rising harmonies, and the floating notes of Barry’s falsetto, when he sings ‘I love you,I love you,I love you’,at the end.Just divine.oh,and then to donate it to UNICEF,which brought in millions for the charity.
With their distinctive, harmonious vocals and brilliant musical arrangements, the brothers Bee Gees were a rare breed and often underrated. The body of work they have left is a legacy for all generations to enjoy. So sad that Barry is the only brother now living. Thanks for reacting to this.
@@NLTwon They were influenced by The Stylistics and Delfonics soul groups of the 60s and 70s. React to The stylistics songs. , you make me feel brand new, betcha by golly wow, you are everything, break up to make up. Delfonics. La La Means I Love You, Break up to make up,
I just loved seeing your reaction to this and how much you enjoyed them. That's what real talent does to us. It hits us in a place that we never new existed. It touches you in your core. Real musicians playing real instruments, real talented singers creating a sound that is near impossible to recreate and made possible through being talented siblings. Please give your kids music lessons so we never lose real music.😊
Oh MY GOODNESS!! YOU MADE ME CRY WHEN YOU GOT EMOTIONAL!! I CAN TELL YOU HAVE SUCH A SWEET SOUL!! I am so happy this touched your heart!! You MELTED MINE!!!
We all did and he's STILL so fine!! So sad that he's all by himself and without his brothers because I know all of them would love this love they're receiving.
My dad introduced me to the these amazing vocalists, they transcend time as they are just emotionally connectable. Regardless of age, race, they are and will be forever be amazing. Thank u for covering them.
Bee Gees are amazing and I LOVED your reaction. You were obviously shocked and stunned with what you saw and wanted to give us your true feelings. Don't sweat the a--holes; they're everywhere. Keep up the good work.
I had the biggest crush on Barry Gibb, the middle one with the lion mane hair.....LOL....and i still love him. Hard to believe that he is the oldest of the 4 Gibb brothers and he's the last man left......there are a couple interviews with him on YT that will make you tear up.....worked on me..... :'(
I did, too. One of my sister's friends had tickets and a backstage pass to see them in Miami and he invited me to go because he knew I loved them so much... but my mother said NO because he was 5 years older than me and drove a fast car....
Watching your face when Barry hit those high, high notes 😂! I was cracking up! My mom was a disc jockey in the 70’s so I grew up listening to all the vinyl she had collected. Bee Gees were before my time but I adore them! Loved this reaction!
Your reaction is the most authentic I have ever seen to this song. You genuinely understand the feeling!! Just subscribed and can't wait to watch all of your reactions...
My oldest son (now in his early 40's), up through his twenties use to be able to easily hit those high notes and harmonize with this band. His favorite of theirs is "Still Waters." Since I am the one that introduced my son to the Bee Gees, I loved listening to my son singing along with their music.
No gimmicks, no auto tune (there wasn't any in the 70s) and no pitch correct. Just three talented brothers harmonizing in their pure voices. This was the music I grew up with and 50 years later ( I'm 69) and I still love the Bee Gees. Try any of their other songs. They wrote 1,000 songs and did the arrangements for all of their songs. There will never be another trio like the Bee Gees.
I love how you acknowledge the talented musicians playing all those instruments. That's what missing in a lot of today's music and I can tell you appreciate every moment of it.
Vivibe Loco yes it was so great to hear this young man acknowledge the musicians. I once had a music history professor who said listen to one instrument throughout a song and I did. I listened to violins, and now I have such an appreciation for violins, violinists, and those strings in the background!

I too love that the younger generation are “ discovering” the magical voices and musicians from my time! Finally there is a bridge in the gap. Music is wonderful and takes you places and you feel emotions like the best high! Great reaction to a great trio of singers. ❤❤❤
Being a Bee Gees fan for many years I often find myself coming back to this reaction video. I love to watch the shock and surprise on your face as soon as they open their mouths to sing! You are priceless! 🤗
It makes me so happy, that this new generation, is rediscovering the great music we grew up listening back in the 70s, and 80s. I was born in the early 60s, so I was a teenager back in the mid 70s, and early 80s. I grew up listeningto to the Bee Gees, Chicago, Air Supply, Journey, Boston, Asia, REO Speedwagon, Foreigner, and so many other great bands of the 70s & 80s. By the way, I like your enthusiasm, and charisma while listening to the music.
being old enough to remember these songs when they topped the charts, its abolutely beautiful to what the next generation hear what an artist is really like. All the music was recorded live. The Bee Gees were spot on in evey aspect. Please listen to more. God Bless
Shut up and LISTEN….then comment…

Such a great era to grow up in.
What is great is the song is from 1977, and it's breaking this young man.
I love it, there is hope for our youth. They have many other songs.
❤
Elsewhere someone said it hit 20 million as of 2019 (but I haven’t found an official source for that).
so special..........WTF, who does that? the Bee Gee's do
I am crying right now. The Bee Gees have always been smooth. They are not bad-lookin either. Their singing takes me flying on an imaginary airplane, soaring in the sky.
Barry is the Angel of the family . ❤ There are a lot of really great singers in the world . Uniques but he is the very special .
They rank third among groups for most Hot 100 no. 1s in history, with 43 Hot 100 songs. 9 no 1s! Of those were 6 consecutive number one singles. They are the only group in pop history to write, produce and record 6 straight No.1 hits. They have shifted over 200 million records worldwide. 👌❤️
I do the same thing. Just to watch the reaction of today's kids to the BeeGees is so much fun. They get to hear what REAL music is all about.
You were waiting on the others to start singing but they were there the whole time. Their voices are harmonized to such perfection that they become one.
Their songwriting is so sophisticated, so well-layered, and just gorgeous. Incomparable.
The look on your face was priceless when he hit that first high note.🤣🤣
Good job!
I was almost getting emotional over the reaction. This was also a rediscover for me. Greatings from Norway, No Limit Twon!
I really appreciate how much YOU appreciate this music that I grew up on. I always worry that this music will be forgotten when my generation is gone. Thank you for reacting to this lovely song. You are very true from the heart.
BeeGees will never be forgotten.
I love The Beegees and The Beatles since 1960 s until now . john v. Im. Lontoh - manado, minahssa, Indonesia.
Yes, please pass this on to your children!
You’re hearing real, live music by amazing vocalists and musicians, kiddo, and it’s beautiful to see. No lip sync, auto tune, nada. Just pure talent. Thank you for giving it a chance! 😀
I love seeing the young generation get excited about old school music.
These three Musical Geniuses became Legends during their own lifetime...
They are/were extremely talented - as well as generous - this song was donated by the brothers to UNICEF, and all proceeds go towards helping children in need.💕
I didn't know about the UNICEF charity. Thank you for sharing that.

@@lena-mariag.louis-charles3579 thanks for sharing that. Barry Gibb is a beautiful generous person, so talented, and sadly lost his brothers.

Enjoy the rest of Your weekend!
Wow, a huge hit like this was donated! Unicef made some bank. A little heaven in the world.
Brothers in perfect pitch harmony. They wrote this as well! And composed it with the orchestra! Such talent! 🥰🤗👍😎
This song was highly successful for the Bee Gees and they donated all proceeds to UNICEF....amazing
That is divinely insane. That incredible and now trademark falsetto, was just some accidental "fills". God works in mysterious ways.
Actually Arif Mardin asked if someone could scream and Barry gave it a shot.
The Bee Gee's have sold MILLIONS of albums. Millions. One of the most popular groups of all time.
They still own the title or something.thats never been broke. For my after the beatles BeeGees are number 2
Thing is, this was recorded long before auto tune and whatever other technology artists use today. So all you’re hearing is the talent they had.
VEry true!
Facts
However , this recording is lip synced. It's exactly the album version, which was recorded in a studio before this. This is from a televised telethon to raise money for Unicef. They are great, but they are not really singing here and the band is not really playing. Peace
This 61-year-old white lady so enjoyed your reaction to the music she loved as a teen! I've watched *many* reactions to Too Much Heaven, but yours is my favorite because of how blown away you were by their talent! The Bee Gee's----awesome stuff there, right? How about their Fanny Be Tender With My Love or their Stayin' Alive videos next? :)
Fanny be tender is my favorite. Takes me right back to the 70's
I love his reaction too
She was around 18, when the song was released in 1978. Thus, she was nearly a twen.
Don't overdo it.
Let's get this young man to 1 million. He plays great classics and his reactions are the bomb !!!!
They were all singing - they can all sing lead. The harmonies don't happen by themselves!
Exactly.....All 3 brothers where Great songwriters and singers.
for sure
How deep is your love.
@@brianmark8689 yes! He should react to how deep is your love
ALL ABOARD THE BEEGEE TRAIN WOO WOOOOOOOO
Choo choo..! 😃
🚂🛤
He’s genuinely choked. When I feel crappy, I watch people reacting to Bee Gees. Everyone cries, everyone. It’s so pure.
Same here!
True Dianna thanks for reminding us
Yes @Dianna Thompson Andy was great to. It's a shame he passed so young.
@Dianna Thompson I didn’t include Andy as he wasn’t a member of the Bee Gees, but I sure hadn’t forgotten him! Andy was incredibly talented as well.
It’s just so beautiful. Those rising harmonies, and the floating notes of Barry’s falsetto, when he sings ‘I love you,I love you,I love you’,at the end.Just divine.oh,and then to donate it to UNICEF,which brought in millions for the charity.
As an Australian I am so proud that we have some amazing talent, such as the Bee Gees
With their distinctive, harmonious vocals and brilliant musical arrangements, the brothers Bee Gees were a rare breed and often underrated. The body of work they have left is a legacy for all generations to enjoy. So sad that Barry is the only brother now living. Thanks for reacting to this.
You have so brought a smile to my sad face pal welcome to the past 💫 best songs ever
I’m glad I could do that man❤️
IKR?!? Right in time for me too 💜
Watching it a month later and it's right in time for me too, I'm smiling 😊
@@NLTwon They were influenced by The Stylistics and Delfonics soul groups of the 60s and 70s. React to The stylistics songs. , you make me feel brand new, betcha by golly wow, you are everything, break up to make up. Delfonics. La La Means I Love You, Break up to make up,
You have brought the greatest time of music. Great memories
Their voices are perfection!
If you want to hear his “real voice”, go back to 1967 and listen to the truly groovy “To Love Somebody”. Their pre disco sound is so smooth ✌🏻🤟🏻🤘🏻
The Bee Gees music is timeless 100 years from now people will still enjoy the beauty of their sound they’ve taken their place in eternity for sure.
Their vocal ranges are amazing; from baritone to high falsetto. Listen to more of their music.
All of the Bee Gee songs sound this beautiful. No auto tune! Real singing!
I had to smile when he asked what instruments were involved.... just an entire orchestra!
U said all the RIGHT things!!! Thank u, Cathy!!

Oh MY GOODNESS!! YOU MADE ME CRY WHEN YOU GOT EMOTIONAL!! I CAN TELL YOU HAVE SUCH A SWEET SOUL!! I am so happy this touched your heart!!
You MELTED MINE!!!
Amen
We all reacted like this the first time we heard this song over the radio. I was 13 yrs old when I first heard it and I crushed on Barry big time 😍🥰
We all did and he's STILL so fine!! So sad that he's all by himself and without his brothers because I know all of them would love this love they're receiving.
Still crushing.
My dad introduced me to the these amazing vocalists, they transcend time as they are just emotionally connectable. Regardless of age, race, they are and will be forever be amazing. Thank u for covering them.
That's why I absolutely love our generation.. best music of all times !!
It's wonderful to see a new generation listening to music of my youth. The Bee Gees are singing in front of a Full Orchestra.
DIMASH, That's all that needs to be said, Dude is out of this world, Yes a 7 Octive range
Young man, you have great taste in music. That song "Too much Heaven" is a classic. Proud of you. Am enjoying your reaction videos. Keep em coming
Bee Gees are amazing and I LOVED your reaction. You were obviously shocked and stunned with what you saw and wanted to give us your true feelings. Don't sweat the a--holes; they're everywhere. Keep up the good work.
I love how much you appreciate this musical masterpiece
I had the biggest crush on Barry Gibb, the middle one with the lion mane hair.....LOL....and i still love him. Hard to believe that he is the oldest of the 4 Gibb brothers and he's the last man left......there are a couple interviews with him on YT that will make you tear up.....worked on me..... :'(
Sir Barry now!
@donna loncar oh,me too......still a handsome dude.....
Me too!
I did, too. One of my sister's friends had tickets and a backstage pass to see them in Miami and he invited me to go because he knew I loved them so much... but my mother said NO because he was 5 years older than me and drove a fast car....
The new documentary on HBO is amazing! Cindy, I loved Barry too. Who didn't! You would really appreciate the documentary.
Watching your face when Barry hit those high, high notes 😂! I was cracking up! My mom was a disc jockey in the 70’s so I grew up listening to all the vinyl she had collected. Bee Gees were before my time but I adore them! Loved this reaction!
Barry’s falsetto was in itself a 4th Bee Gee! They were phenomenal voices as one.
I for got he went
Love this group so much. They are brothers. Can sing beautifully together. They are awesome. Listen to How Deep Is Your Love.
You're hearing a full orchestra with all the strings, brass and woodwinds, plus the percussion (drums). Such a wonderful sound.
They were one of the first bands in the 60s to use an orchestra in their music.
@@allymayful love love the orchestra...complete and beautiful to hear. ...tq
Soooo dreamy....omg....!!!!
Try you dhould be dancing
Your reaction is the most authentic I have ever seen to this song. You genuinely understand the feeling!! Just subscribed and can't wait to watch all of your reactions...
I feel you too
Too sweet! So glad someone young loves this like I do.
My oldest son (now in his early 40's), up through his twenties use to be able to easily hit those high notes and harmonize with this band. His favorite of theirs is "Still Waters." Since I am the one that introduced my son to the Bee Gees, I loved listening to my son singing along with their music.
Just when you think you've heard everything, the Bee Gees go up and up and up, breaking the ceiling. Angelic voices for sure.
Everything about this song is perfect. The harmonies, arrangement, production, lyrics etc
Young man, you are wonderful. Thank you for your work and genuineness. You are smart and creative. Thank you. Stay safe
I am a 65 year old white guy, and I approve of this message!

And do not forget they had a sister.
They had a younger brother, Andy Gibb, who sang solo. He died too young. 😢

God Bless
