As someone that works over night (and on weekends more often than not) that can never actually see those streams and hating to watch twitch vods with their random muting etc. these easily watchable and pauseable long tourney vids are a blessing. Thank you a bunch for these!

Theres still room for everyone to get better with the deck and its still tier 0. Hopefully we see more non side deck tourneys which better represent the meta tho.

I've been using Crystal beast Overdrive AFD with Tears 60 pile deck. Literally been winning nearly every duel against Tears and in general. But just chilling in plat 1 atm because I don't have a deck for the upcoming event at all. I might have to demote down to Plat 5 as I may have to use loaners for this event :(
@@jellyunicorn8347 I know but the upcoming event will matchmake based on where you are ladder. Last one was duelist cup but the event before was ladder based matchmaking
yeah they did matchmaking based on ladder. but previous event i strangely met random rank. dont know they stop doing it or its only for that event. u might check opp's profile to make sure u not rank down for nothing
@@RisolesCh usually every 2 months they do an event that is ladder based matchmaking. Duelist cup was the previous event wasn't ladder based. It just started you at a higher level depending on ladder rank.
I think tear needs to be hit,but MD has shown us the ishizu tears are the big issue. The biggest tear counter is tear. I think the ishizu mills should be banned, havnis to 1 and then the introduction of bysstials will help fix tear. Adding the ishizus before tear showed us how problematic they are alone. Ishizu punk,branded ishizu, ishizu shadoll all went crazy. The ability to mill the opponents deck is why tear has to be played to beat tear
Yeah, its a completely unfair deck. For one at most, 70% decks don't response to milling and if they drop a dark law on your head. That's a scoop most the time. I don't understand the fact that Konami doesn't think tear ishizu is healthy. They should just un-ban all cards at this point.

But milling both players decks is crazy,deck destruction is one of the reasons runnick,kash and tear has had such an ungoldy turn 1 ability. The millers need to go, and to balance the deck havnis needs to be out at 1. That way going second there isn't a way to mill on your opponents turn who went first
very strange how the flunder player didnt do double empen to search map and town (game1) or end on empen+avian (game2) likely wouldve won him both games where he went first

14 out of top16 decks are tearlament. Very healthy meta. Like the meta though because winning has never been easier. If I get a shifter, fissure or cosmos in hand I autowin.
Yugioh the card game is dead, new card releases follow the same tired and boring formula of power creep, of course, it's intentional to keep selling the waste of cardboard, but it killed the spirit of the game long ago, whilst promoting toxic practices that waste time and resources, it's a net negative.
Idc who u r, how much money u payed, how much time u wasted on this game... the time we currently have is more than enough, if ur sissy meta deck takes a century to finish its set up while ur opponent have to sit on their ass all that time only for u to scoope when he breaks ur board then maybe just maybe, dont play it !

I tried many tear variants and currently best so far is branded despia tear 60 cards. It has every answer for any field situation. Got 14 win streak in climb up to diamond 1 Normal tear struggle with avramax and untargetable chimera. Mirrorjade can answer easy. Can play through anti tear cards such as GY banish and soul drain bcs despia. The only card that made me lose is shadow impersoning mirror which happened 1x under 20 game win. If anybody want the deck list i will share it
Lmao speaking of Avramax, the other day I fought against a deck that end on Masquerena and they chain Masquerena to my Mirrorjade and link into Avramax. Why thank you very much for presenting a new target for Mirrorjade to banish, very much appreciated. Yeah they really need to differentiate which effects target first and which doesn't until resolution. Also using Branded Tear btw, the deck is too damn fun to use.

From Tears released, ranked games got a lot worse. All I've played against in ranked is Tearlaments or floodgate/d shifter decks 😶 How exciting
