Hey there! Taking forts and land before you discover all of Europe is a good idea! Also the rewards for the final sunset invasion mission were weaker because you probably choose to get high american tech and units (the best in the game) much earlier. I do recommend supporting your sunset colonies with a bit of cash, and to build courthouses in their lands, because they had to core it and it is high autonomy, which means that they are weak. If you give one region to your colonies apart from provinces with centres of trade or with monuments, the colonies can become incredibly powerful, leading armies of up to 100k or more themselves :)
You can carry stonehenge by clicking. and if you are playing aztec you are using high american tech units which they have almost double pips then western tech until 1600. you dont need espionage ideas, you need diplomatic ideas malta forts and alhambra. then you can annex them faster. Aggressive expansion is just a number. And most importantly .CONSOLIDATE in north and south americas before you sail to europe left nothing behind. do not hurry
I don't agree that AE is just a number :D It's a very irritating mechanic. It all depends on whether the other countries are powerful enough to enter into coalitions. Unfortunately, I very rarely play in the Americas, so I'm looking for something optimal here and I would have to play more in the region. Thanks for the tips, I agree with everyone. I should take diplo and admin and conquer both Americas faster to move on to Europe and quickly expand both monuments you mentioned.
nah, you don't have to conquer everything in the americas before going for europe. in fact i think the best use of resources is to spread around the world as quickly as possible in order to maximize trade income and make the best use of cycling through war declarations on different cultures and religions.
@@Baso-sama if you attack colonial nations only ae is just a number but if you attack old world you get fucked. you have to be powerful as 1000 k troops and 1 m manpower 2 k income then ae is becoming a number
Hi! Do you want a second approach with the Aztecs? I feel that this country has untapped potential :D
Need to see a min maxed world conquest
yes please

Nice video
Thank you :)
from what i recall, if you wait to reform then you can get indigenous ideas (an idea group for tribal nations in the new world that haven't reformed)
You did this all in vanilla? Or what mods did you use?
Great video bro!! Definitely will inspire one of my next runs on EU4!
Hi! Thanks :) This is vanilla
