I don't know who JDG is, I don't know which meme you're talking about. You can put the time in the video for such a question. I usually use gifs to express emotion or contrast.

The NL PU over Engeland is historically justified by an event the dutch call the Glorous Revolution. England remembers is as the time when parliament seized all power from the monarch and forced him to sign the constitution. Thing is, to do so, they asked the dutch to capture the king and march him into parliament to force him to sign the new law, and the dutch did. However while we had the king, we could have used the situation to force a PU instead.

1- ally most electors and strong nations, its ok to go over the diplomatic relations limit 2- hire mercs and call allies 3- seige capitals 4- click button Expand in the ex HRE quickly before France and England

The really way to get euiv with all the DLC is waiting for a humble bundle and then buy the rest. I did that when origins was released and all the game cost me less than 40$.
If you want the dlc buy the subscribtion, its not worth it to spend 200+ Dollars on everything when eu5 probably releases next year.
