Ive owned 2 strokes and 4 strokes, each has their own advantages even with varying brands... it all depends in what u are looking for in an outboard, whether it is performance or fuel economy... or how i decided the sound of the engine- 4=quiet while 2=roaring. anyhow its a nice outboard they have made and the features are really good, more features than i have seen on any other including other mercs
Hey Guys:) let`s just stop this :D arument. Two strokes`re phenomenal I read lot`s of good things about that. However I can state at that point that 115 HP can actually towing with 20 mph. the prop matters as well, so I mean if he has a good prop, why not.....? The only fact why I don`t really like 4 strokes because requires more maintenance to do. at the moment I`m thinking about to buy the New 150 4 stroke Mercury or 150 Opti what do you think is that really louder the Opti?
Erm....I have some question about this brand new Mercury 150 4T, I wonder know if twin Mercury 150 4T can pull a 32ft x 2.7m, 4 Ton, cencer console fishing in a ideal cruising speed.
can I get a bit of enlightenment of the engine ni .... engine I don't know problem Press exhausted can go 4k and 30knot only ... can explain what engine problems I .. hope the master can reply to message this .. thanks
First of all...the suzukis are great engines so relax before you start bashing them... and e tecs arnt everything there made out to be....the best DFI are the opti's sorry man....they changed those engines in the last 3 years and are superb... why didnt they do tug a war vs the optis instead of the most sluggish four strokes(yami)...? thats bc they know they would have been pulled lol

0:15 Do I see an alternator with a belt?
What about fuel efficiency? I don't believe it compares to the imports.
*argument
I`m asking this because I`ve seen E-tech , but not Opti and I`ve never used before, just four stroke.....
Thx
