Well, I’m not anywhere near to even someone who works out regularly, but I’ve read David’s first book and just ordered the second one. I’m just a couple weeks away from turning 76 and have started doing a very, very light version of some of David’s exercises. I’m a woman and not interested in becoming buff, but I do want to get into much better shape and live a healthier life for what’s left of my time. Edit: I am thankful for all the support. It keeps me going.
Becoming buff is every hard for women, men can because of our access to testosterone, your much more likely to be thin and lean. To become buff you’d have to dedicate years and a lot of specific training to even be remotely buff, not something to stress over for you
@@damiensanders2869 honestly I don’t even want to become thin and lean. I like my curvy body. I just want to become more fit, stronger and have more endurance. I want to be able to take care of myself until the very end and that includes mental health. I never want to become a burden for my children or waste away in a nursing home
don't worry about getting too buffed! many women are put off by that idea, but building muscle later in life is already challenging on its own. people like Jeff and David have spent decades grinding to look the way they do. make sure you have fun in your exercises and they feel good. that's what it's about.
@@DCB938 I’d highly recommend resistance training and “light” power lifting, amazing for joint and longevity as well as helping. Core muscles build strength
I was 57, 5'11", 182lbs and in pretty decent shape in June 2022. I read David's book Can't hurt me. Decided to train to break his record for pull ups in 17.5 hours. During training I was averaging 270 pull ups an hour. 4 hours into a training day I ruptured tendons in both my elbows. I've been fucked up for two years. Still rehabbing. And you thought this was going to be a feel good story LOL.
That's exactly what I thought, that "do 100 reps, rest 10 seconds and do 100 more" stuff can easily do some damage, doesn't matter if you're 20 or 50. If you're starting to hurt(not just muscle burn, really hurt), you should by all means STOP.
Impressive. Sorry to hear about injuries. Goggins isn't kind to himself .... but has had many years to adapt with the key advantage of more collagen that younger guys have for repairing connective tissue. Goggins ego will keep him going right up to the moment when he can no longer walk. He won't listen to his body. Most serious injuries are a long time coming.
@@johntim3491 I believe this. His ability to endure suffering is beyond what most people have, but the life experiences that pushed him into that were f'ed up and in some ways he is still perpetuating that abuse with self abuse. There's only so much you can do. My dad was a fast bowler (cricket), fast forward to being in his 70s and he needed hip replacement on that side where the body weight landed on that leg countless times, 40 years previously. For a more severe example look at the fighter Butterbean and how after years of being famously able to endure more punishment than others, ended up physically destroyed.
The level of respect Jeff is capable to demonstrate for other trainers/motivators is incredible. Even when not agreeing with everything they think or say. This is the kind of human being I want to be someday
you can be whichever kind of human you are NOW... dont compare yourself to others. YES you can take inspirations from them but at the end of the day improving yourself and being yourself so that you can be of good to oneself and others is good enough.
Jack Lalanne I remember.... He was the father of fitness... inventor of gym machines... gave his name to Jumping Jacks...Gave his name to Lalanne push ups... He was incredible... did 100 FREE Handstand push ups under 5 min... did 1000 push ups in 20 min... at 70, he swam with 10 boats chained to him each had 10 people while he was handcuffed..... Even on his death (96), He did his regular 2 hour workout....
thanks for putting it up Jeff, he's just simple and to the point, nothing spectactular, just hard grind, like from the old days, no lunch breaks, tea breaks, has his tea whilst he is running. A real example to look up too. Many thanks
Mastering your head game? The man runs from every issue within his own head instead of having the good graces to go to therapy and get healthy like a normal person.
Head game? Dude is a fucking simpleton who really believed all that boot camp gigachad ultrakiller bullshit that children being fed in the navy seals so they would sail overseas to kill some brown people. Read one book from a navy seal and you've read all of them.
Your channel kept me in the fitness game for so long while being healthy. David Goggins has taken me to a different level, I never ran before I read Can’t hurt me, did a half-marathon a month back and training for a full in two months. BTW, I am 38 and read that outstanding book last year. Stay Hard!
Same here but with Never Finished unshackle your mind and win the war within the audio book with the podcast in between the chapters.. has changed my life.
@@jimsteele7108 Oh man i got stories. Lmao. Im all paid up on my CS and finished. Goggins was ordered to pay like 900k plus court cost. Guy is hella great at working out and if he motivates some fatass to roll off the sofa and workout more power to him.
I would love to try his workouts. I used to do some of yours. However, I'm in a rough space right now. Due to car accidents (people love hitting me), I've broken my back (healed), have 6 herniated discs, have a hip replacement, a messed up big toe (hinders lunges), a d my left shoulder needs to be replaced. Also, I too am 49. Now don't get me wrong, I can move (when the barometric pressure doesn't kick my ass in the joints) and i used to be an athlete. But I need a new start that doesn't make me want to quit. I'm not the kid I used to be. I just want to get back to being hard while not dropping dead. Much love brotha.
That 5 pull ups into 10 push ups is actual death. I'm at about 230 lbs and didn't get passed the 27th set. I wasn't 100% recovered, sure, but was def above 80%. That workout is incredible. I'm g9nna try it again in a couple days.
@@garrickmorley4465 I am 230 lbs. Yes. What I left out is I have been exercising consistently for 20 years. I can still sprint, jump high, squat over 500, handstand push up, Kickbox with good footwork, etc. I have no belly hang and little fat on my body. No drinking. No smoking. The thing is, when you are consistent, with anything in life, you get better. Maybe not the absolute best in the world, but you will keep getting better.
@@garrickmorley4465 Also, I tried the workout again just a couple days back and got to about the 32nd set this time and stopped because I had a very busy day the next and had to get rest. I know I still had another 4 or 5 sets in me. Maybe next time I will.
You're wrong. You may not have Motivation all the time as he may not have it as well... However, he has and uses the real greatest supplement: Discipline
@@GuigaRizzoNeither discipline nor motivation do any good when you have finger imprints in your knee from holding your damaged joint together. Dude hobbles in agony and yet people are fist pumping and going wild.
@@deanj-upWell considering he has created and developed a mindset for thriving in painful conditions, ofcourse people will support the idea that makes up his entire persona, even if that same lifestyle leads to serious setbacks for his joints and overall body functionality
@@RockofVengeance Pushing yourself to your limits isn't about giving yourself crippling arthritis and joint pain for life by 60. The issue of the science here is, it's not psychologically sensible and it's not physically sensible when you have people like dean karnazes who is 63 and still jogging distances far beyond David and you know why he's lasting longer? Because he rests his mind and body and eats a diet conducive to good health.
Absolutely love this video Jeff, that last David Goggins motivational video was awesome! Thanks for the analysis. I'm really going to have to try that 4/4/48!
I believe in fitness and that there is “NO” shortcuts to fitness (Sleep, Nutrition and Exercise have always been the holy trinity of fitness) but overtraining leads to inevitable injuries. Human bodies can only endure so much overtime and not everyone is made the same way. Hats off to David for achieving that feat but it’s not for everybody hence on my end, I listen to fitness experts, the likes of Jeff, nutritionists/dieticians and among others so that my journey towards fitness will be effective yet SAFE. My daily reminder for overdoing things as of now will always be Ronnie Coleman. Guy was a beast but him, overdoing it came with a lifetime cost. 😔
It's crazy to read your comment because I was just telling my GF about a story I read of his where he 'lost his $#!t' quite literally on leg presses (to the point he then wore diapers doing the exercise). I remember laughing to myself reading the article that if crapping yourself became the newest level of 'going to failure' what that meant for you, your pants, the rest of the gym, and esp your spotters, lol. I think being aware of downsides of what/how you get motivated can be important too.
Was done with today's workout but you just had to bring up Goggins. It's impossible to sit still after listening to him. Goggins speaks a language of drive and excellence that drags out the caveman in the best of us 😅 I love how unapologeticallly honest he is, with his words and the way he lives his life. Among the top 10 people I respect the most in my life. It's wonderful to see people I look upto show appreciation for each other. Thank you Jeff, for doing what you do.
I've done the 4x4x48 twice now, kinda making it an annual thing. First time it was the hardest thing I've ever done in my life, had to walk the last 16 miles and was destroyed for days after. Second time I was able to run the whole thing with a 10:00 average pace and was honestly in worst shape than the first time, but mentally I was stronger. Stay hard!
I had something similar happen after a 48 hour rucking event. Prior to that the hardest thing I did was a marathon. I trained hard for it.Then I ran a marathon about a year after that rucking event and didn’t train for it. I just ran it and felt fine after. Now I didn’t run it as hard as the first marathon but something was different mentally
you completed it? damn I have to do it again by the end of this year. Last time I did it I couldn't walk without moving my legs with my arms. Needless to say I didn't complete it, even though only 4 races were left
I have done it the last two years also. 2nd time around was much easier. It’s definitely more of a mental challenge than physical. Especially dragging your self out the door at 3am to do those middle of the night runs…that being said I’m looking forward to March for round 3
I finished the 4x4x48 challenge this past Friday. Brutal. That mental part was the hardest. Waking up throughout the night was hard but so worth it. Getting better at pushing through discomfort was my biggest benefit.
Good stuff, Jeff. Honestly, with David, his workouts have less to do with his body and more to do with his mind . The physical aspect of what he does and what results show there, are just bonus or a secondary affect in comparison to what he is really prioritizing and focused on …… and That is with his mind. I respect it as I think a lot of what’s done in the gym has more to do with the mental battle, then it does the physical battle. The mind is where the real work out takes place, where the real battles are fought. David just takes that to a whole new level. Doesn’t mean it’s scientifically viable or even logical all the time… But it’s that desire to constantly push the limits of what one’s capable of or think they’re capable of. To exceeded it and then go even beyond that.
Apart from the motivation to work out and get into shape, Goggins inspires me to be consistent...consistent with just about everything I do whether it's work or workout, study, practice, clean, etc. Every time I think of the guy, I think "consistency...this guy does what he needs to do every day."
Exactly. 2 jobs including being a secondary school teacher and a long commute... I'm lucky to get 4 workouts in a week. Main thing is I still make myself do it.
Hey Jeff, i'm a physical therapist and I love your videos, i really learn a lot from them, now i have to say that this kind of extreme high performance training loose all purpose, and its extremely high risk of lession, which makes you go backwards.
He swears profusely and is a bit of a nob. First time I've ever seen him so this is my honest opinion. I can see very well why people wouldn't want to listen to that contrived garbage.
@@MattMasters-t6r I agree. But I see how people would want to, same reason people love Dwayne Johnson and want advice from immoral hollywood actors. We're living ideocracy.
I used to do 1.000 push ups every other day when I was 15, had a great body, but eventually developed an overuse injury. Slow and steady is the best way to go, I think now.
David Goggins is an impressive beast who served this country and is in the 0.01% toughness range of Humanity. Kudos to him!--I hope he motivates many to improve their health and fitness. That said, less than 1% of us also have (with a government pension) the TIME to dedicate 2 hours a day to cardio and 1.5 hours a day to muscle training. We have other obligations to our families, our children, and the organizations we work for. That said, I certainly wish DG the best.
I love the Athleanx channel and have been a big fan of Goggins for years - read both his books and tried to instil a little of the badass mindset into my own activities (mountaineering). One of his most profound sayings for me is 'when you get beyond pain & suffering there is greatness' - implying all of us can build on our mental toughness.
The man is an animal - absolutely off the leash. What he does and how he does it, is what separates himself from everyone else. He may be the strongest man in the world, mentally. Particularly when you think of where he came from. 'Don't kill them with kindness - torture them with success' Cold AF...
Mental power is not power!! It is a prison!! He is imprisoned to his own false beliefs about how others see him. He is addicted to reactions!! He suffers the attachment of the opinions of others!
@@ISATŌP1 You know I MIGHT have agreed with the beliefs and addiction to reaction and that stuff but... Mental power is not power?? Mental power is the only power or at least the only power that counts.
@@kaeptnstyle4844 Mental power isn't the only power that counts lol. Unless you have some mutant ability to control minds or stop bullets mid air with your mental power. You can be the strongest mentally in the world and still be victim to someone.
@@SuperMontsta And pray tell what powers DO stop bullets and control minds? Thankfully no one is able to become allmighty so everyone is running the risk to be victim to someone else. Either because that someone was stronger or because the circumstances were unfavourable. But mental power is the key to achieve the skills and strength necessary to reduce the risk of becoming a victim.

Great approach to Googins' mindset, Jeff. We all respect you both.
Been a fan of you and David for years.... but when I'm hitting the gym at 2am.... It's David that I'm listening to as a gear up and beast out at the gym.
Joe Rogan had Huberman on recently and they mentioned Goggins is having another surgery, I think knee surgery, and how it's bone-on-bone so he wants them to grind it down so the bones are flush with each other. Even Rogan felt worried for him like he's not going to be able to sustain this long term. That's not my goal so I've never personally felt like following Goggins.
oh, yeah. what he's doing is not sustainable, nor is it healthy. As someone who trains pretty hard, I was never in on the Goggins train as it's not something our bodies are naturally attributed for. he seems to be peddled from some hand above to keep people sick in my opinion.
Joint health is always the bottleneck. People who were fools in this area will pay in life in their middle or older ages. Exercise is a must but it is one thing to do impact exercises like burpees and jumps and runs on sand of soft grass or soft soil or martial arts mat and another thing to do so on building floors and roads.
Great. I was sitting here skimming yt convincing myself to skip my workout and this vid popped up. SMH. Well, time to get to it. Much appreciated. love the content.
This is all fine if your singular focus in life is to be in the best shape you can be in. Only one thing can be your number one and I guess this is his. That's his choice.
I was a competitive bodybuilder all through the 80s and I had a well known trainer and I was doing 45-50 sets per body part, after time was seeing my gains start to peak, moving forward I changed up my workouts to half the amount of sets and my body response was the best I ever looked. I'm 61yrs now and I have found through the years less was more. You also have to look at what is it you're trying to achieve I achieved my body in the best shape ever not going to extremes and I took more days off my body grew and I got in the best shape ever. Now of course at my age I definitely need less and can get a lot out of it
Thank you for this review. For who doesn't know, you must read David Goggins's book "Can't hurt me", find it everywhere, his story is unbelievable, he was a SOF and an ultramarathon athlete of highest level.
@@ValourFlame I'll explain the exact same thing twice for you, he has a superficial appeal of someone who seems inspiring but ultimately he's just self abusing and running his body into the ground while screaming stay hard every moment of the day all to escape the fact he needs therapy for the abusive relationship he had with his father that ultimately caused him to develop a victim hood status of overcompensation instead of getting healthy like a normal human being.
@@ProgressiveOverlord You want me to provide personal information to you as someone I don't even know the credentials of all because of what, you're feeling targeted by my very fair and impersonal critique of the true nature behind his habits?
@@deanj-upI'm in slight agreement with your perspective, but seeing as how you're in other comments on a mission to discredit Goggins. It makes me think that you could use some of what Goggins advocates for. And to your point, Goggins could use some therapy as well
my issue is who has the time for that? Man I work 70 hours a week, on my feet non stop go. I am happy for him that he lives a lifestyle that affords him the ability to essentially make training his livelihood, but thats not practical for most people. 45-70 minutes at the gym 4-5 days a week is reasonable.
In my early twenties I exercised a lot like that guy. But I was doing incline diamond push-ups and had NO FAILURE POINT! I ended up hurting myself extremely badly and it affects me to this day. Yes I'm aware that taking a diamond push up and doing it on an incline is dangerous. However I didn't know this when I was 24.
I look at our lifestyles, our tech, our society and I don't find it crazy. Our whole world is shaped around comfort. Rolling staircases, automated this and that, left and right convenience to the point of making up syndromes and disorders to rationalize excuses for our lazyness and lack of discipline. Body positivity, big-boned, you name it. This is why I'm not one bit surprised there are people hating on Goggins. He is the embodiment of everything they profusely will do anything to avoid, ignore, hide from.
I speak from experience here having had 2 surgeries after 1,5 years of crossfit 4 years ago - one shoulder and one elbow - and being 46 and well worked out myself having finally found a safer routine. All this "pushing it to the limits" stuff will work until you get an overuse injury which, if your over 40 and doing what Goggins does will take you under a year - period. Goggins is an elite athlete who has been engaging in high intensity sports for decades. You cannot translate this to the average 40 year old who wants to get fit. He / she WILL get injured from this. If your over 40 do NOT do rep's for time (compromising your form and technique)! It will end your journey before it's begun.
I understand what David Goggins is trying to promote, but most of us have jobs that require 10-12 hours of our day (in addition to whatever time needed for commuting) 5-6 days a week that prevent us from working out 4 hours a day at a gym. Not all of us are rich with lots of time on our hands.
You just gotta do what you can, don't compare yourself to these TH-camrs who have 24/7 to workout. I just get in half an hour after work most days, I've got kids too so sometimes I don't get to workout, everyone's different you just do what you can, stay hard brother.
Please link to where he says anything about working out 4 hours a day And my ass you're working 12 hour days. What you stay late at the office twice a year? All Goggins promotes is just improving yourself, and not making excuses, like you're doing here. You dont want to work out because you dont want to work out, just accept it
@@tima7756 I won't speak for the other gentleman but I am an Uber/Lyft driver and I do have to put in 12 hour days to make money. With that kind of schedule what I do is take one full day off a week to do long distance running and hill sprints. The other six days I just do basic calisthenics - push ups, pull ups, dead hangs and squats. It's really all I can do for now. If I had David Goggins' money I would definitely do more, maybe just not to his level. The system has screwed us. Most of us are wage slaves. We have to improvise and adapt, it's all we can do.
I work 12 hours a day with an hour commute. I also get up at 5am and workout everyday. Still have a wife and kids to tend to as well. Get it in where you can brother
Did the 💯 workout series last year, & saw the best gains I've seen in years. Just started it up again after recovering from injuries while in the Army. Looking forward to getting back to where I was & making more gains.
You don't know anything about Goggins then other than butchered 30 second clips. He is always saying that he does it to be there for his family and to be reliable. Goggins had a tough childhood because of his father. He seeks to always improve himself to be there for his family.
What amazes me more is that everytime I read into one of his stories, one of his achievemeths, is the fact that he's not even coming in first - usually not even top 10... there are other dudes out there we train in silence, outside of the spotlight, and just do it for themselves. But what makes David unique from everyone else is the fact that he's ready to go again the very next day.
He knows WTF is up!!I ALWAYS take my anger out at the gym. There are plenty of things to piss us off.Why not take that energy and use it for the positive?!I am 63.Train 5-6 days a week.I Purposely think of something that pisses me off when I am struggling.Works every time!
The big weakness in the motivational principle of Goggins is using external motivation (i.e. haters, a crush) to feed your drive. Albeit it can be effective you are dependant on external factors. Internal motivation is more powerful over time as you are not motivating yourself by factors that can come and go beyond your own control.
I am 77 and have been working out since 14. That is a lot of years and I am still going at it, even with screwed up shoulders. Quitting is not an option to me.
These workouts remind me of being back in the 173rd. Everyone E6 and above had a ranger tab and most had the scroll. Thankfully it was just from 0630 to 0800.
Since finding your channel I started drinking and eating carbs and now I'm obese and depressed. I'm confident it'll get better since I'm on a calorie deficit
I've tried these workouts and there seems to be a purpose to this madness. He mentions a lot that he tries to build mental toughness/armor through working out, and I can see it. Going 4-6 sets of 8-10 reps is easy in comparison. Doing light / body weight exercises is easy at first, but when you start feeling the burn, you start questioning your heart and ability to continue. On one hand, you KNOW you can pop through another rep, and another voice is saying "do you want this pain to continue?". It's brutal but I think it messes with your head than the typical 8-10 reps which are challenging, but you know there's a finish line. With the goggins method, it's literally go until fail and there's no finish line. Heart and determination can push you further than you think you can, if you're willing to accept the pain.
He's too extreme. How sustainable is that? How long does the body hold out, even if it's supposedly in top shape? And what's the end result for? What's he fighting against? There's just something that doesn't seem right with the level at which he obsesses. Any of you feel the same?
I suggest you read his books to understand where he is comming from. If you dont like reading you can also listen to the audio books. This guy had a very rough life. To him its more about mentality than the exercise itself on how to defeat your demons in your life.
You are not alone. Just imagining doing 2 hours of cardio every single day makes me feel depressed. Not to mention the amount of resistance training he is doing on top of it..... It just feels dreadful. There is no way what he is doing is healthy. All he cares about is performance.
I feel the same. I feel that he is all about optimizing his performance and beating his own demons. I, on the other hand, am all about optimizing health, training as hard as possible while giving my body enough rest to recover for the next training. I like Arnold's philosophy of stopping when you know you have two more reps in the tank instead of going all out in failure and fail to hit the next workout efficiently.
@@humbletennis Solid point, but you are comparing two different types or workouts and goals. Arnold was a bodybuilder. While Goggins was a SEAL. Arnold worked for power and physique. Goggins is more functional in a combat scenario. We use similar training in the Marine Corps, not to this extreme, with combining cardio and calisthenics for high reps to failure. In those scenarios, muscular endurance is more important than raw power. It doesn't matter how big and strong you are if you can't sprint, push, pull, then run some more with a full load on the body. It trains long term endurance of the mind and body.
The demons are winning bro lol. You think Jesus wants him running thousands of miles for no reason? He needs to find rest in the Lord. He and everyone needs to repent and believe the gospel.
Usually Goggins' haters are only interested in body changes, but Goggins is all about the mind work. Also, endurance is a thing too. The insane running and pushup routines remind me of kickboxing conditioning - it was insane, but you get used to the movement and your body weight (being lighter) helps too.
Everyone tells me I should have cheat meals, I never do. I love my diet, I eat only boneless skinless chicken breasts, veggies and 1/3rd cup of basmati rice. I eat it every day and love it, I mix my veggies up, use different spices and spice mixes daily. So I never seem to get sick of it, sometimes I'll get a sweet potato instead of rice. Also a rice cooker and air fryer will change your life. Chicken cooked in an air fryer, sooo damn juicy inside. It's perfection. Also if you want some extra baam, add 1 or 2 fried eggs on top of your rice, Delicious.
Yep, same. I have a set amount and variety of food for the day and I just repeat that 7 days a week. Yeah it may seem boring to others but my discipline is more important than other people's feelings...💪
I think a lot of people get goggins message wrong, he even says not to be like him and run 200 miles at once or any of his crazy feats but to push yourself more in life and to be the best at what you do
Goggins is the Truth ❤❤❤ Literally so focussed on his goals and self improvement...no dirty agenda, always pushing, altruistic....there isnt enough praise in the world for him.

That's exactly what I thought, that "do 100 reps, rest 10 seconds and do 100 more" stuff can easily do some damage, doesn't matter if you're 20 or 50. If you're starting to hurt(not just muscle burn, really hurt), you should by all means STOP.
Yeah it's something which takes time to build and from young. I think it's okay to focus on other things too.

@@drewmorrisonsounds like u learned to pace
I have done it the last two years also. 2nd time around was much easier. It’s definitely more of a mental challenge than physical. Especially dragging your self out the door at 3am to do those middle of the night runs…that being said I’m looking forward to March for round 3
@@mr.mustang6636 ong the hardest part is getting out of bed for the second round of night runs
I optimize my workouts to fit in my life, not fit my life around my workouts.

People hate to be reminded of what they can’t do.

The big weakness in the motivational principle of Goggins is using external motivation (i.e. haters, a crush) to feed your drive. Albeit it can be effective you are dependant on external factors. Internal motivation is more powerful over time as you are not motivating yourself by factors that can come and go beyond your own control.
There is no need for motivation or drive, just discipline.

I guess I’m one of the few who had never heard of him. Thanks for this video. I’m loving what I see from him and will definitely check out his stuff.
If you want destroyed joints, train like Goggins.
You’re literally an idiot, the only thing that will destroy your joints is your poor diet and an injury
Since finding your channel I started drinking and eating carbs and now I'm obese and depressed. I'm confident it'll get better since I'm on a calorie deficit
The toll that all that will take in his body, will be insane. Sooner or later.
He's 49, so I guess it's going to be later...
@@paulelverstone8677 For you maybe.
Yep. I predict a heart attack at
@@An_Drea_Calling How does one even recover from those insane works if you are 100% Natural?

I'm the same way
Yep, same. I have a set amount and variety of food for the day and I just repeat that 7 days a week. Yeah it may seem boring to others but my discipline is more important than other people's feelings...💪
And where the hell do you get your fats from?
@@lunar1227 as if chicken doesn't have a ton of saturated fat in it
@@HolarMusic No, not the breast at least
I think a lot of people get goggins message wrong, he even says not to be like him and run 200 miles at once or any of his crazy feats but to push yourself more in life and to be the best at what you do
WHO'S GOING TO CARRY THE FCKEN BOATS 🤪💪🏽👊🏽
Goggins is the Truth ❤❤❤ Literally so focussed on his goals and self improvement...no dirty agenda, always pushing, altruistic....there isnt enough praise in the world for him.
The love shown to these celebs is taking vicarious-living to heights unknown!
@marcelmarshall4240 oh do shut up lol.
Never heard of him. Those 30 seconds of chest beating didn’t work for me. It’s got an audience though. More power to him.
Thanks Jeff I love the 100 rep series it's really changed my workouts.
