It's amazing that the childs welfare didn't matter enough for you to get behind the wheel of a car while drunk, but as soon as you're stopped by the police you suddenly turn into mother the year all concerned about the child 🤦🏽♀️🤬
Exactly. Ass backwards.

Are people like you really that simple minded that you'll believe her BS and just blame her stupidity on alcohol? Lots of people drink, but most of us have more sense than to put kids in danger.
@@georgina-a Nah, ik nog simple minded, you’re just reflecting there. It’s just that the OP doesn’t make sense in the slightest way. She didn’t instinctively care about the child or anything.
Thank GOD the Officers got to her before anything worse happened .
I hate drunk drivers they get off to easy and it's a deadly decision that can cause someone else to lose their life.
HahahahahahhahahajajJajhahahhahahaha the fact she said “what” after the number. Mam the limit is 35 you got an 88. Must be some really strong wine
Like maybe say “what” if he said like 41 but 88 is so hilariously Hugh mad her look like a complete moron.
probably not, actually. Wine is about 3 times stronger than beer, in general, and with the limit at 0.35 you would be over the limit from 2 pints easily. Depending on the beer 1 pint might take you over the limit.
@@SevCaswell how big was the glass..hmm..

You know she wasn’t driving back she was driving home from the party with her child. She went to a kids party and all the parents were drinking and that’s not okay! I grew up in a house without alcohol and I can tell you it was the best!
And I grew up in a house with parents who drank in moderation and I have a 4 pack in the kitchen at the moment. I don't get blind drunk and would never drive after drinking anything and none of my friends or family would, even at 18,19,20 no one would get in that situation. You leave your phone there till the next day once you've sobered up or you get a mate from the party to bring it round
my parents only had a very small tipple at christmas or easter if we had visitors. They were not against alcohol. Result was both my brother and I grew up respecting alcohol and aged 65 i am fairly indifferent to it.
@@mariahoulihan9483 I think thats the best way. My dad was pulled over in a random traffic stop like they used to do years ago (one of those spot check things they did around holiday season sometimes), and they asked him wben he last had a drink. He replied (without being sarcastic as it didn't occur to him) that he had a cup of coffee with breakfast. They said "no sir, an alcoholic drink". "Ohh. That was last year at christmas" was dad's reply. It never occurred to him to answer initially about alcohol because it was one of those things in our house where occasionally you'd have one glass after Christmas dinner, and sometimes a toast at new years eve, but that was it. Moderation I think creates the indifference you describe. Forbidding it can make it attractive to try.
Seeing stuff like this really gets under my skin! 🤬
2 glasses, huh?? 2 bottles more like it!! 😡😠😡😠
Being an American and watching British cops is absolutely mind blowing. Nobody gets treated like this in America especially when they endanger themselves, other people, and children! There’s not even a barrier between law-enforcement and The suspect!
Hardly any guns.
Simple.
How could you drive drunk with your child?! 🤯 I don’t understand people who drink like this 🤷🏻♀️
Well done officers! I hope this poor excuse for a mother has learnt her lesson. Judging by her reaction, I won't hold my breath.
I have no sympathy for the woman she was willing to risk her childs life by making up invalid excuses aswell as risking both their lives
I love being on my phone but dang sleep the drunk away and then go get it the next day! I'm a mom and I don't care how drunk I am, I still wouldn't be drunk enough to think it's a good idea to drive with my sleeping kid in the back.
You are a Mum and don't mind how drunk you are .. whilst I applaud you not drink driving.. have you read back what you posted? Think about it.
@@mariahoulihan9483 a lot of moms get drunk or a little tipsy now and then. Truthfully I hardly ever drink. But even when I do I still make sure my child is safe first and always. Usually he's with a babysitter or he's asleep. Moms are only human and allowed to have fun every now and then. You just shouldn't do it all the time or in front of your child. Or put your child at risk. Under the right circumstances it's ok to have one too many or whatever.
@@mariahoulihan9483 and clearly I meant no matter how drunk I am I still have the common sense not to drive. I feel like you knew what I meant. You purposely took it the wrong way. 😑

Great job thanks for protecting the child and preventing a potential disaster
Those words "safe guarding" a parents worst nightmare...
If I was that girls father I’d be fucking livid. How dare you put your kids life at risk? His grandsons life at risk!
I can't stand drink driving, there is simply no excuses for it. All it takes is a small lapse of concentration and your life and potentially somebody elses could be over.
Same with elderly driving. The reaction time is in slow motion…
I only had two glasses of wine. Failing to say they were bottle sized glasses. ;)
What a selfish woman 2 put her childs life at risk the child needs protecting by someone responsible.
People like her dont deserve kids at all. There are people out there who would love a child of their own and then there is her who is putting her life at risk, her sons life at risk and other drivers. "I've only had two glasses of wine" That doesn't matter if your a lightweight or if the wine has a strong percentage of alcohol.
we are always impaired even after a little drink. That is why its wisest to never drink and drive as amounts and percentages are, as you say, misleading.

Disgusting, perfect example of a neglectful parent who shouldn't even have a child. Well done for stopping her in time
The problem is we don't think clearly when drunk. She seems like she had the best intentions but then made a bad judgement call once drunk. It's the entire reason I never carry my car keys even if I intend to get a taxi home. I might decide when drunk that I'm OK to drive to I take that option off the table
I heard a young woman on the train yesterday telling her friend she was probably still drunk when she drove her car to work a few days ago following a 'wild night out' she thought it was amusing. Not just stupid and irresponsible, totally unacceptable.
What a Karen speeding pissed and then she bothered about her child it's like a pawn to her shame on her
When a phone is more important than your kid.
Imagine if she had left the son in the car the full time she was at the party
Sad thing is that soemthing liek that could have happened
She should’ve called someone to bring her phone to her.
Take the children to cps
Take them to cps and never let her see them again because she clearly has no care for her children
In UK “cps” is the Criminal Prosecution Service, not child protection.
2 glasses of wine does not make you 2 x over the limit
The women should of been informed that social services were coming to take her child into care since she's nearly three times over the limit..
That poor child. Getting taken out of his comfortable bed with no pants on and in the car with a drunk mom. And she was more worried about her phone, job, and dad. Should have been more concerned about her child. She never should have been a mother.
Wow I’m in New York, U.S. and I can’t believe the subtle differences between how they stop and hold drivers compared to us. Two cops in a front seat with a suspected DUI driver who is wearing a skeleton suit and possibly armed and/or dumb is crazy to me lmao. She seemed a lot more concerned about her phone & her job than her little one fast asleep in the back of her car whilst she was driving under the influence! Selfish woman.
