Dont Watch tellievision haven't got one at home, but this is spot on. In all truth main focus is on the sterling involved. i'm sure every one of these candidates are incredibly capable, but the education system does teach proper money management. there putting more effort in the fluency of there pitch than the money involved. probably got sway on the deal cause they want to be in business with you haha Eviction

How did Ricky survive after trying to swerve the investor's question that many times? Difficult to watch! Would have been better off just saying "I'm sorry, I don't know, I'll pass the question onto my team".

Ricky should have been fired because he kept avoiding investors questions and also he lied about the refurb cost.

Christopher's Reef I completely agree but I think it’s the concept to negotiate and to adapt to investors needs. It’s not recommend to do this but it’s the meaning behind it . I hope that’s helps

You honestly have to give it up to each and every one of them because a lot of people would love the thought of this challenge however actually being in that predicament for the first time!! many will crumble worse than what was seen. This is real life and your going to get knock-backs, they all are only going to grow from this and this experience will definitely build them into better property entrepreneurs!! The only way to grow is to put yourself in uncomfortable situations. GREAT VID!!!!

Swerving a serious investors question a number of times 😩were was the roi work out sheet he could have handed that to the investors if he run out of words and then lied to sell the deal .these guys actually look like they no what they are doing in online vids. 100% brutal and NO B.S.!
Watched the full episode in one breath... :D
And bloody cannot wait for another one!!!
Although not easy to watch, it was amazing because all of that is a reality that shows a bigger picture in the daily life of a proper investor..
Actually, for the first time, I have a wider perception of what you can expect once you enter the real world of high-performers and serious investors.. A world not for the faint-hearted!
    Samuel,
the way you communicate, brutality, honesty, authority and intellectual level, although I am following you in a while, doesn't stop fascinating me!

Great video but think it was slightly unfair that the girls won the deal over the guys. The male imposing as the investor shouldn't have mislead them by shaking on the deal in principal if he wasn't the decision maker. Also have no idea how Elliot got evicted, he seemed to contribute the most and yet Ricky stayed?

Hi Samuel & Team, I am really hooked to your channel because you always have those excellent ideas for new mini series. I think this is the format of the future and you should actually claim to be the founder of this multi-diversity-tv. Viewers are more educated nowadays, more easily bored with just watching one topic only and we always can learn something from your format. I think you are wonderful and I honestly do not know how you got all this machinery working. Good for you or as George Orwell or was it Huxley, said … some people are more brilliant than others … (free translated by me of course)

great show, loved it, can see you're really living out the fantasies you had when you were broke watching the apprentice and rightly so! - I have to admit though... and I understand that it's not easy to stand in front of a crowd of lions looking like fresh meat.... but these pitches are AWFUL - I've got very limited presentation and sales experience and I've given presentations better than that... that's not me bragging either I'm trying to say I don't think I'd be anywhere near ready to convince them fellers and I could've ran circles around both of these teams going solo... a little bit disappointed by the caliber of contestants - though hopefully they'll improve with time, we win or we learn after all.

I have learned more from him in an 8-min video (the one about how he makes money) than 2 hours of watching Grant Cardone. That's with I decided to subscribe today. This is the most cringe thing I’ve ever seen. The irony that Sam the scam has modelled himself on Sir Alan Sugar, who has been filmed addressing the fact that he hasn’t not mentored this guy despite Sam claiming he was mentored by Sir Alan. Also before you buy into this guy’s bull, do some due diligence on companies house, and the forums of thousands of people who have been ripped off and let down. One of his ‘customers’ even killer himself due to the poor service Sam the Scam gave after the chap handed over thousands of pounds. Shocking guy.

How was Ricky not the first to go regardless of who the winning team was :'), he lied to get the deal, on that basis anyone can make a bloody deal 😂

Some of that was painful to watch, just goes to show how important it is to really the know the numbers, so you can be confident when presenting the details to would be investors!

Wait so this is one of their first times doing deal sourcing and the investors expecting them to be as knowledgeable as the investors sitting there. Gotta start somewhere but I wouldn’t be too hard on them lmao

Absolutely cracking show, can't wait for the next episode. I'm booked for the crash course in June and this has given me even more confidence that I can become financially free with the correct training. Can't wait to meet you Samuel.

I enjoyed learning the nuts and bolts of deal sourcing. I thought the candidates had been picked because they really knew their stuff! Would that be unfair?
I'm sure that Samuel isn't looking to make life long friends during the eviction, as I felt he was really laying into some of the evicted candidates.
But overall it is great content. It's the first episode, so any failings are totally justified.
Marks out of ten I give seven!

In my opinion Eliot should have stayed, he made a honest mistake due to the investors body language. The decision maker tucked her self away and didn't present her self. While marcus showed all the right buying signals. Not sure what James did, not much was shown on camera.

The narrator at the start sounds like Glen who did the video in Blackpool. Is there a link?
