You honestly have to give it up to each and every one of them because a lot of people would love the thought of this challenge however actually being in that predicament for the first time!! many will crumble worse than what was seen. This is real life and your going to get knock-backs, they all are only going to grow from this and this experience will definitely build them into better property entrepreneurs!! Interesting what some people understand under HIGH Standard when in reality they mean a new cheap carpet and of course investors have their own pool of handy man BUT in a business presentation, you have to use correct market value figures. This was a B2B presentation, so the other one can put the bill against taxes anyway. So, rule number 1: Who is your target group and don't bullshit the professionals with Kindergarten.

I was surprise that he didn't get evicted luckily he closed a deal through exaggerating the truth haha. £2000 for a renovation was way optimistic haha. The way he was dodging those questions though haha Ricci could be a politician haha. Onto the next episode for me.

I enjoyed learning the nuts and bolts of deal sourcing. I thought the candidates had been picked because they really knew their stuff! Would that be unfair? I'm sure that Samuel isn't looking to make life long friends during the eviction, as I felt he was really laying into some of the evicted candidates. But overall it is great content. It's the first episode, so any failings are totally justified. Marks out of ten I give seven!
Love this Apprentice style idea but would love to see a different side of you Samuel (the Lord Sugar side of you - even if its all an act as we all know your a warm hearted soul) but would be nice to see rough and tough side of you and also of your two assistant chaps). Bet the TV bosses would soon racing to your door to create a show like the apprentice.
The possibility for learning in this is in incredible but it was quite strange watching Samuel being as tough and cold as Alan Sugar because Samuel is usually quite bubbly. Despite that, I thought it was great.
