    I’m in an advanced math class a few grades up, and this channel has literally been my saving grace. I’ve just watched all of your scientific notation videos because I’m only 1 of 3 kids in my math class from a few grades below, and all the other kids have learned this is science, but I won’t for a few more years. We have a test on Tuesday, and our teacher just decided to add these on “just because.” Except I’ve been struggling because I don’t even know what scientific notation is. So thank you for these videos, now I completely understand it!

    Please clarify. At 2:30 you state that the answers should be in in the form greater than 1, but less than 10. At 5:54 you answer is 12 x 10^13.

    I was thrown into chemistry with only a small bit of knowledge on scientific notation. I only knew that you multiplied the numbers then added the exponents. I didn't know about the part where you increase the exponent when you make a number into a decimal if it's over ten. This really helped a lot and I'm getting through my chemistry book better. (I'm homeschooled and doing apologia chemistry)
