    I’m not sure why MORE people aren’t saying how gut and food can affect mental health. It took me so long to figure out panic attacks were being caused by histamine intolerance

    Doctor I'm in despair. I'm exactly in the position you mentioned around 42 minutes. I can't digest fats and proteins well, but also fiber is wrecking my gut! What should i do!!!!!?
