Jab pass dealer karamchariyo se declaration k sath pariwaar ka photo mangte hai to kuch karamchari iska virodh karte hai aur bolte hai pariwaar ka photo lagane k liye kisne bola hai iska letter dikhao. My question I have taken mutual transfer from southern railway to south western railway.than I want to apply one way transfer but my osd asked you completed 5 yrs service in swr. But I know after completing 5 yrs service any employee eligible to one way.pls clarify.
