For the past 5 years I have only used adaptogens like ashwaghanda rhodiola rosea, siberian gingseng, maca powder, wheatgrass and spirulina. What i like about them is the fact that they are non specific but heals your body as a whole, almost like the same way peptides works in making you function optimally.
I would be VERY careful about ashwaganda. The two times I tried it it made me very sick and I threw up both times. I felt terrible for about 8 hrs. I did not have any other drugs or medication in my body at the time. I’ll never go near the stuff again!

I do ashwagandha to boost testosterone levels. I'll take all the other positive benefits such as helping stress and falling asleep! 💪mrwtby
