This year will be crucial for them to gain the trust of the Indian car buyers across segments after the launch of the Basalt and the feature upgrades provided on all their existing models. If you bought a Honda Elevate or a Mahindra ICE SUV instead, your investment should be safe. Honda's service quality is far better than Mahindra, Honda's engines and performance are more reliable while Mahindra is known for its endurance and tank like build. Citroën with gradual improvements and growth in service chains will prove to be an added option in the Indian market for those wanting VFM with French design flair.

Citroen C3 Aircross is one of the finest and rightly priced Car in the Indian Car Market . I think more Indians need to buy this car cause other cars with similar features and size are overly priced .

Dont even understand why so much knitpicking no car in india is sold in high number on their top of the line variant, average joe mostly buys the base variant upgrades the features by customising to their taste, btw my friends customising features is easier done than tuning ur engine or suspension,citroen has an excellent engine and suspension
@@Rztico Pull type handles offer far superior grip and look premium. Flap type belongs to the 80’s and 90’s. Cut price cars like Toyota Etios misjudged Indian market and their fate was sealed. Indians like premium products at affordable prices, not the other way round. Going by what you say, Jimmy should’ve been a super hit!
These guys are skimping on the most important detail... Whether citroen still uses Wet belt timing chain for their engines - is the most important thing to know...
No it’s no longer using a wet timing belt. I purchased a Citroen C3 Aircross in March this year 2024. I opened the oil filler cap and looked inside with a torch. I saw a chain. No belt. I confirmed the same when the chain type I saw matched with a photo of spare parts online. I can’t tell you how relieved and happy I am after seeing that my car has a timing chain. I recently came to know about this belt thing and so I nervously went to my car and checked and voila😅

Guys cotroen has the best suspension and ride in the segment or even above segment. Like the C3 aircross, But marketing sucks of this company and are unable to utilise there 100 years of legacy or winning more than 15+ races
Citreon has missed the boat. However hard they may try their nos. might improve slightly because of very poor Service Network & offering Taxi Model feature list at the launch. . Citreon has failed to inspire Indians from the launch by not offering Indian liked features. Once a brand is rejected it's Rejected for ever India no matter what you offer later in features or discounts.
Lil too late in my opinion..and yet missing a few features like keyless entry push button start to name a few..their sales number will increase though with much needed update hope they package their next offering loaded and sensibly price them cuz the market is there with very lil competition in some segments.
I don't like the overdone led drls. Instead of the drl on the headlights Citreon could have integrated the turn indicators on the horizontal drls and avoided the drls on the headlights to save costs.

I had a test drive on Basalt. Feature wise it's limited but the overall comfort level is mind blowing 😉❤. Build quality, Suspension and Engine 🔥
All these features feels like citeron coming out of 2000s. These are not features these are mandatory ones at this time.
